The food is great, but had a difficult time placing my delivery order. Also, the Pizza Hut by the Raeford Wal-Mart was having issues with their phone cutting out and cracking.

This Pizza Hut has gone down in ability to serve properly. They skip deliveries, don’t sent the right products. Then when you have to go there because you want the order right it takes forever. The workers suck! Not ordering from here any more.

I had delivery, delivery driver was very nice, it did take an hour to get my pizza, when I was told about 30 min. The food and staff was very nice and friendly. I have ordered from them before and will order from them again. The pizza could have been a bit hotter.

I'm filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. I ordered dinner for my family and the delivery driver forgot to bring my drinks. I called and was told that my drinks would be brought to me in 15 minutes. It's been an hour later. Not to mention that our dinner was luke warm upon arrival. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it is the last time. I will NEVER use the Club Pond road location again. You never get what you pay for!!!!

Terrible food quality assurance and manager. One time the food is good, the next time the pizza is swimming in grease. Contacted the store and the manager hung up on me and when I called back she acted like it was my fault. I was told the general manager would call me back but after reading some of these other reviews I doubt that will happen.

I ordered dinner from here . My complete order wasn't given to the delivery guy. I called pizza hut they put me on hold. After 10 minutes I hung up. I went online and was told to wait 1 to 3 days for some help
Ordered a pizza on New Year's Eve. Pizza had no sauce on it. It was really dry.

Placed an order for pickup, got home and was missing some items. Contacted the store and was told to come get them. Wasn’t an option for me to drive back out with my kids again. They refused a refund and I was told a manager would reach out within a couple days. It’s been at least a month and no call/ no email/ no refund. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Most sorry excuse for a pizza hut I've ever seen, called 49 times and didn't get one answer. Went down to the establishment and show out and got told it would be 8 minutes before I could get what I ordered an hr ago

Ordered through the app a Super Supreme Pizza, spouse picked it up. The pizza had mostly cheese, scarce toppings ( meat and vegetables) and tasted horrible. I contacted the manager who had a very nonchalant attitude to my concerns about the quality of food sold to me.
This Pizza Hut usually has good pizza, I think the issue is a substandard manager who doesn’t ensure the quality of the food leaving his restaurant is up to par, because this is the second time there’s an issue with the food while he was on shift. Full transparency the employee he handed me off to on the phone did issue me a $ 22.00 credit for the pizza we purchased.
