Ordered through the app a Super Supreme Pizza, spouse picked it up. The pizza had mostly cheese, scarce toppings ( meat and vegetables) and tasted horrible. I contacted the manager who had a very nonchalant attitude to my concerns about the quality of food sold to me.
This Pizza Hut usually has good pizza, I think the issue is a substandard manager who doesn’t ensure the quality of the food leaving his restaurant is up to par, because this is the second time there’s an issue with the food while he was on shift. Full transparency the employee he handed me off to on the phone did issue me a $ 22.00 credit for the pizza we purchased.

Order my food at 7 PM 811 they told me my order will be leaving the store by 821 at 9:30. I still have not gotten my food at 10 o’clock. Our approach the store to be told that they don’t have any pizza dough to even make the pizza, and then I will have to wait next day to be refunded.after I talk to the G.

Messed up $50 order. Wrong toppings, was told "it's company policy for employees to pick random toppings to substitute". Would like to speak to upper management but "they don't have that information, or ability to let me know when store manager will be available.

Major issue happened with the app, told everyone their food was ready when it was not which left very angry people, but Jordan was absolutely amazing. Handled it all with so much grace and patience even while training new staff during the situation. She was polite and friendly even while being met with yelling and cursing.
