Wish I could give them 10 stars! As a picky eater with dietary restrictions, I usually struggle to find food truck options. But not today! The paninis are AMAZING & the ladies were so kind about catering to my dietary restrictions. If you’re looking for a food truck for one of your events - these are your people!
Never expected to get an amazing Matcha Latte while visiting the Carolina’s Horse Park. Attendant was helpful and on the ball. My drink was delicious.
The Wilmington is a must try along with Maddy mess coffee!
A Hidden Gem in Southern Pines!
If you’re in the Southern Pines area and looking for a delicious breakfast or snack, make sure to check out Roasted and Toasted food truck! We recently stopped by and were blown away by the yumminess. The Mojo Bagel was packed with flavor – it’s the perfect savory treat to start your day. Paired it with the Apple a Day Smoothie, which was both refreshing and energizing. They also offer waffles, Paninis, and a variety of coffee drinks. The vibe is laid-back and the service is super friendly. Highly recommend it for a tasty and fun breakfast or lunch stop!
Simply the best….. service, coffee, paninis, and staff!!! My entire family LOVES ??
Excellent service. The best bacon/egg/cheese bagels. Highly recommend!

We had been looking forward to the Roasted and Toasted truck being at a school event, and a bunch of us skipped morning coffee and breakfast planning to get it there. Unfortunately, they were running late and then having generator problems, so we weren't able to order until lunch. Even then, it took an hour of waiting in a line of about 10 people to get a smoothie. The smoothie was fine, but overall a disappointing experience, especially for my daughter who spent her entire lunch break waiting in line.
This food truck signed up to be ready to go at the Cedar Creek Fall Festival on Saturday 10/7 at 11 am. At 11:07, they were just pulling into the festival. At 11:40, they were still closed and showed no signs of being ready anytime soon. I left because I'd already been at the festival since 10 and didn't feel like waiting anymore. Don't take a spot from another local food truck if you can't be bothered to show up on time and be READY at that time. Disappointed, because the food looked good.
