We had ordered the boil bags and they were awful. The food was cold, and definitely was not fresh. The flavor was bad as well. I was extremely disappointed! Everyone knows any kind of seafood is pretty pricey so that made it even more disappointing because I wasted money. I had to throw the food out, it was not even edible.

First time eating at this restaurant was not up to my expectations. I ordered the Hibachi steak entree and an appetizer of Chicken on a Stick. The entree was to come with a choice of rice and either a soup or salad. When inquiring, the only soup choice was clear or miso soup, even though other soups were available on the menu. The small serving of mixed green salad consisted of iceberg lettuce and a very sparse amount of red cabbage and carrots, one dressing option…ranch. Ranch dressing in a Japanese restaurant??? The chicken on a stick was burnt, dried out and had an over abundance of a spice that I am assuming was chinese five spice. The steak was good but not as I ordered, which was medium rare. The vegetables and rice were good. The person who took my order tried to hurry me through my order, paying too much attention to another person who obviously he knew that had come into the establishment. He portrayed no patience with me as I tried to determine what I wanted to order, being that this was my first time there. The lady working in the kitchen came out and seemed very frustrated and not very friendly at all. No customer service koodos at all. I tipped very well….enough that I could have went to the Pizza Hut or McDonalds near them and had gotten a much better meal for my money. Maybe it was an off night for the restaurant, but unfortunately I won’t be a repeat customer.

They give you a lot of food but none of it tastes like anything. And the shrimp is never cleaned correctly, recipe for food poisoning

I tried the hibachi options first, the steak was overdone, but fine otherwise. The second time i tried it, I ordered Chinese dishes against by better judgement. The orange chicken is heavy on vinegar compared to orange and sweet flavors. The soups are okay and seemto be vegetarian. But the thing keeping me from every me from going back is the edamame. I expected the edamame to be steamed. It's boiled in seafood stock. I'm allergic to seafood. I found a piece of shrimp shell in the edamame after eating several pieces. Thank goodness I saw it and was able to get medicine before my symptoms got bad.
If the edamame isn't fully vegetarian, the menu should say that.

We just paid $54 dollars for food that taste horrible. The chicken tasted old. Will never ever ever order from them again. The only good thing was the Philly steak roll

This place has never failed me once, I’m a regular visitor so I decided to leave a review. The portions are perfect, the price is just right, hopefully they don’t change that. and best of all it’s actually really good. Plus they’re so quick with the orders! The orange chicken never disappoints, if you’re looking to try something new.

Let me start by saying, I had thought long and hard whether I wanted to write this review, but after thinking on it, I felt it was only right to warn others. I ordered from here last Sunday. I ordered the steak Yaki soba noodle and calamari through Uber. The following day, just shy of 24 hours after eating their food from there, I had become violently ill. I couldn't keep anything down for nearly 24 hours, and became extremely dehydrated. Additionally, I know this was not a stomach bug, because my husband never caught what I had, despite taking care of me while I was sick. I know it was not anything else because my husband and I had the same food for dinner, and the following morning I skipped lunch because of the nausea. Please!!! Check your food and make sure everything is being stored, cooked and handled properly. I'm sure it was an accident as I've ordered food from here in the past and not had any issues, and even enjoyed the meals. But what happened to me was dangerous.

Edit: I did not have any food before ordering the meal. I do appreciate the quick response and understand accidents do happen.

Got the entirety of our order wrong. We ordered vegetable fried rice with no onions, order of spring rolls, chicken fried rice and order of dumpling. What we got was 2 orders of spring rolls, side of broccoli, and shrimp n chicken fried rice.

Let this be a lesson to always check the bag because they called out the correct order when they charged us.
