This Subway is what a sub shop should be!First of all, whenever I shop there, the store is neat and clean. I have yet to see any table covered in debris. The staff is welcoming; friendly and clearly trained well. It means a lot not to feel you're being rushed and at the same time know that your order is being neatly and generously made. This store does not accept coupons, but I promise you - you will get your money's worth ! You will not be disappointed.

This location does NOT accept ANY coupons or military discount.My best friend and I had planned a long, comfy visit to meet at this location. It's usually bright and clean, that's why we meet here instead of in Fayetteville. She brought coupons as we've used them here in the past.The employees were standing in the kitchen area, laughing and joking. We had to ask 3 times for help. I asked about the signage at the register stating no coupons. Then, there was discussion back and forth between them about coupons. One person said, "some coupons are okay. What do you have?" Another said, "not ANY coupons."My friend walked out-coupons in hand-when the first employee aid, "I'll take those from you and throw them away." I thought friend was joking when she snapped "let's go" but she wasn't. The employees continued to laugh and joke as we exited. Not one apology. Not one explanation. No, "this location doesn't participate but we'd love to have you stay." That's what made my 20 years of service military friend SO mad.

The sandwich makers can be hit or miss. Two times ago, the sandwich was missing items I had requested via drive through. Last time when ordering in the drive through, the sandwich was amazing!!

So I placed an order online for a meal for me an my mom, much to my surprise when my mom went to get it an bring it back my order was incomplete an they gave me the wrong food!! I called to get an explanation an to complain an I got called a Liar an was Hung up on repeatedly. In order to eat I had to spend more Money an NOTHING was done about this. No Manager on staff or Supervisor's I was told. Wouldn't Recommend!!!

Had a Wonderful experience at this location tonight. It was a Very Welcome site to see Employees Eager to serve! They were working together with smiles on their faces. One of the most pleasant eating experience I have had in a while. And it was at a subway. No offense but We have eaten at Several “fancy” places lately and service there has been Very low. And even got it to go and still stand by my opinion. Keep up the good work Yall! We’ll be back!

My Experience was horrible. The manager at this branch should not be in charge of your Customer Service. She is brash, Rude, and the most Uncaring individual that I have had to deal with. I live in Raeford, but not in the city, I am 8 Miles out and have the option to go to Aberdeen, NC instead of the Raeford branch. I sent my husband with a large order, and 2 coupons. He is a Senior citizen with a pace maker that he had recently put in. He did not stop to read the door with the sign's about not taking coupons. He assumed like I did that it would not be an issue, it has not been in the past. I am at home with a fractured Hip, I am also a Vet, and still need help, so his stress level is already high. The employee that he talked to was also very Rude, and disrespectful, and just stated they don't take coupons. That would have been all well and fine, but she offered no other solutions, except to go to a Fayetteville, NC branch, He would then, have to find a location on his own, which was not going to happen, his blood pressure was through the roof at this point He is a Veteran so she could have offered him a 10% discount which is the normal amount. Your employees just present the attitude that it is their way and that is the end of the story, no apologies, no concerns, they basically could care less about what the customer wants if they don't want to put in any extra effort. For example when my came home I waited awhile to make sure that I did not have to call 911, and I called the Raeford, NC branch. I voiced my concerns and the Manager HUNG UP on me in mid sentence. I was upset and got emotional, I Apologize if I offended your Manager in any way, I am in extreme pain right now due to my Hip, and it has some effect. In closing if you visit this branch you probably know about the Coupon Policy. Your Web site will only Maybe show me this Information, If I place an order ON-LINE or ON my CELL PHONE. I do not have these options set up yet, so I do not know. For the People that do not participate, they will not know either, and Subway has all these AD'S Come TRY OUR NEW AND IMPROVED SUB'S, looks Like a Bait and Switch to Me, Yes Come In, No don't expect to save any Money, the Franchise Owners may have some increased Food Cost issues, But so do the Consumers. I will NOT ORDER anything from SUBWAY EVER AGAIN. Maybe you like rude Employee's, but maybe it is time to do some RE-STAFFING. Thank you for your time.Robin Scott

Pulled up to drive thru - one car in parking lot . Was ask 3 times what I wanted over and over again I wanted it toasted didn’t get that and got the wrong sub !!! On window it says no returns or exchanges ! ! The young lady asked if I wanted to leave tip !! Never have had to do that before . But did ! Horrible sandwich! What’s next is Mc Donald’s going to ask for tip too !!Wrong sandwich terrible service and tip ! Not Again ?
