I called in at 2:50 pm asking if they received my application. She said she was the manager and asked if I wanted to come in for an interview tomorrow at 11 am. I said I have an interview tomorrow at that time. She said okay, I hope your interview goes good and if not give her a call back and hung up before I could ask for an appointment because I was more interested in working here. I’m giving 5 stars because I love subway and I worked at Food Lion next door and one of the ladies from your place told me I should apply.

** Edit: Went this morning and spoke to the actual manager. She explained both employees from the night before were new and did not handle things properly and she made things right for me. She was very nice and apologized multiple times. I feel as if she is truly trying to make this a great location and I will give them or perhaps their sister location up the road another chance.**I had made an online order and after my fiance brought it home I discovered that the steak sub was chicken and both subs were cold. The meat was cold. Took it back and they remade the steak but refused to remake the other. We live 5 minutes away so no chance it got cold on the way home and then we're still making it when he arrived to pick it up. The woman that claimed to be the manager offered to microwave the sub. The chicken was fresh out of the cooler cold. She also refused to refund the order. This is the second online order I have had an issue with from this store. Completely unacceptable to spend money on cooler temp meat and disrespect from "management". They did remake the one sandwich that was made with chicken instead of steak... but I also had to unmake my sandwich at home to heat the chicken. Absolutely disgusting.

Terrible service along with being served a "flattened" sub that looked as if it had been crushed... Also asked for it to be toasted and it was in now way toasted as the bread just seemed cold and chewy..

Terrible customer service. I went in to order a melt for my mother, and was told subway no longer does them. I ordered something else and left. Weeks after I noticed that they’re still shown on the app, so I went back in today to get one and was again told they no longer sell them. As I was leaving, I said that I would go to one that would sell me one then, since they’re still on the menu, and was told by one of the girls that I wont find a place that does, because they no longer sell them. I walked out to my car and called the subway inside Walmart, literally across the street, and they still have them. Talk about lazy service

11/18/2020We had a horrible experience at this store this evening.My wife started calling the store around 8:15 PM and there was no answer. Since we live only a few minutes away, I drove over there, knowing that the store was open until 9:00 PM. When I walked in I was greeted with "The store is closed". The open sign was still on, the door was unlocked, and it was around 8:25 PM. When I mentioned that my wife had been trying to call in her order, I was told that management advised the workers not to take call-ins because people weren't picking up their orders. I asked to speak with a manger and was told there was no manager there. Soon thereafter, another young lady came from the back and took my wife's order. She was pleasant and I asked her for the name of the owner of the store. She said the owner's name is Ari. I smiled and told her that was my son's name too. When I exited the store, I was approached by one of the young ladies' father. "When it comes to my daughter, I don't play." LOL Unbelievably poor customer service and ignorant drama to boot. Definitely not worth the steak and cheese sub. Please serve our community better than this.More training is in order....
