Came in got a cravings box and cantina chicken burrito that chicken was on a diet cause there was nothing but small pieces like 2 and the box was cold like it was made and just kept there waiting for people to order cause i watched the whole time and he didnt put nothing on that grill

It's just not the same as it used to be. I rarely went to Taco Bell but each time I went I was able to at least enjoy the taco while it was still hot. Now when I get it I can't enjoy it at all. The most I'll get from there are the Nacho fries. I have not gotten anything else in almost a year and I plan to get nothing else but the Nacho fries from Taco bell.

Parking: I got a parking lot and you park your car in it when else you need to know the lines are updated good

This place is trash during the night shift. 100% of the time they get my order incorrect. They behave like any requests to change a menu item is the most complicated endeavor imaginable. I have lost so much money going here and getting absolutely stupid orders. I asked for a bean and rice burrito with no cheese, and received a tortilla wrapped in jalapeños… why!?! Why would i order that! I hate this taco bell.

Every time I come to the1306 Scotland Crossing, Laurinburg, NC this Taco Bell always have the lights on but are closed. They close at 1am and it’s 12am. I know their corporate office don’t know they are closing early and pretending they are open. This needs to be addressed!

Everyone was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked towards the counter. Even the person who was preparing my food smiled and acknowledged me. The food was prepared in a timely manner and tasted good. I've only been to this location a few times since I'm usually on the go in another town when I need fast food, but other than not having coffee to fulfill my mobile order one time, I have never had a bad experience here. Kudos to the staff for providing me with a friendly and inviting experience.
