This WH is phenomenal. Every time I go in it feels welcoming and cozy. The crew here is amazing. They always ask how you are and go above and beyond regularly

You guys have to do better with service and staff. The food is always good but I have no pictures because it came a different times😕I get when it’s cooked u bring it but have an employee get mad at a customer and walk out just held up production.

Waffle House was very busy and I would have loved to give a 5 star review. Omar and Cici were some of the best servers I have ever had. I would wait hours as long as they were my servers. They were kind and knew what it meant to be kind to people. John was on the grill and doing amazing since he was the only cook on a busy Saturday morning. Salina made this experience horriable. She was rude to a Vietnam Veteran. Rude to her co workers and not sanitaty at all. I watcher her cough in her hands and touch customers food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Busy is no excuse to be rude and unsanitary.

I used to love to go there. I always asked for a military discount. They are the only one, in the Fayetteville area who stopped doing it for veterans. I used it to give the waitresses a larger tip.

Quick no fuss comfort food! This is the best service we’ve received here in Raeford! She was an older lady (sorry I forgot her name, I want to say it was Susan… but I forget in my old age too)! She was fantastic! They even have an updated jukebox to listen to whilst you eat your breakfast!

Love coming here the girls are always so sweet and polite and they remember faces well but they got to talk to the cook and let him know the difference between just regular scrambled eggs and well done eggs this make the second time I've came in and ask for well done eggs and I get the plate to where it's going and the person has to pick the eggs out his grit bowl because they not well done

My first time at waffle house and to be honest, that was a great one 😍. Great typical american breakfast thing with rock music 😍. Salina have welcome us perfectly with great smiles and super nice service. We will be back 🙏😍

Never had any issues till tonight/morning bacon was burnt and not eatable.. ordered over easy eggs for one of the orders and got scrambled eggs instead not one to make a review like this but extremely disappointed cause this is my family go to if we go to the atv parks and do our night riding
All the food was cold and did not taste good. I will dine in because takeout was disappointing and disgusting.

My wife and I were visiting from Florida and decided to get something to eat there. While sitting there eating we over heard a couple of waitresses talking about how the management was taking hrs away and that some of the cook's were only working one day a week. Let me ask this, how in the world can anyone survive off one day a wk and only 4 or 5 hrs a day and yet continue to hire more people??? How would management like it if their hrs was played with? I work in a restaurant as well here in Florida and everyone gets their hrs. If this is how waffle house treats their employees then know this, I will never work for a waffle house especially this one and personally speaking I think management or whoever does their schedules should learn how to actually run a restaurant. My husband and me will never visit that restaurant again

Went in at 8 pm . Every table dirty, four people working 3 people sitting and eating two waiting on take out. Wipe my own table off, sit down ...not even mad hey they might have had a bus or something. 18 minutes go buy....not even a half genuine nod of hello. I am wondering if i am invisable , ir maybe they have so much business there that they dont care if you leave or not. But given the reviews of roach infestation and hairy eggs I think I dodged a bullet by getting up and leaving....If you havent ordered get up and go across the road to hardees. The food was fabulous. I am happy I left.
