I will preface this review by saying not all WH are created equal - there are some nice restaurants and some that have seen better days. This particular WH falls under the latter. However, I felt that the Staff were very friendly, laughed at all my bad jokes and created a welcoming environment for my family. We had one small mistake on my order but was easily corrected without trouble. Overall, a positive experience.

I went to waffle house 02/20/2024 for lunch just to find a roach in my food. When i asked for the manager there was no manager in the store at the time and just their grill operator and the waiter. I showed them my plate of food and they mentioned “I told him they was out , you should come third shift they really be out”. I asked when should I return to speak to a manager and they told me your best bet would be to come in the morning 02/21/2024. Fast forward, I went to Waffle House this morning and just so happen the manager and the general manager were there, I asked to speak to one of them. I gave the general manager the back story , and he said “well unfortunately we were closed on 02/19/2024 to spray because other people had concerns for them being in the store so you came the day after……” i look him in the face and say okay” he then says “but the good thing is the spray is working , the bad thing is you happen to catch one of the last ones”………….Y’all i was so disgusted with the response , I just said okay and walked out.

Ordered a coffee and kiddos ordered Waffles and hashbrowns w/ cheese. My coffee mug I took a sip (without adding anything) and there was food crusted all along the inside and bits of it were floating. Disgusted so I didn't order another. Kids got there hashbrowns and gotta love cheese with a side of hair.

Great breakfast this morning at this Waffle House that was surprisingly busy for a Monday. I ended up sitting at the counter when I would prefer a booth but the place was quite full.The young lady who took my order brought coffee a few moments later. And within four minutes, my omelet was set in front of me. Perfectly cooked though I did have to remind her that I did not want the toast so that I wasn't charged.It was a little loud in here with customers and crew. The men's room was clean enough.Vegetarian options: Hash browns with tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onions would be a good option.Dietary restrictions: Lots of allergens here. You'll be challenged if you have nut or wheat issues.Parking: Easy parking for the Sprinter van.Kid-friendliness: Chocolate chip waffle!Wheelchair accessibility: Step free access.

This place has completely turned around in our experience. We especially love Dawn! She's the best server we've had at any establishment. We decided to give this place "one more shot" and we had Dawn as a server. Since that "last shot" visit, we've been back numerous times and have had a good experience even when she's not working. Glad it's turned around.

The first time I came to this location over the summer me & my children left after sitting for ten minutes and not being greeted. Today when I walked in everyone said hello with a pleasant smile. The food was really good although my eggs wasn’t made correctly but no big deal. The only negative thing that truly bothered me was management. And how he spoke to the employees even so much as raising his voice at two of them. That should be addressed within the higher ups. Because that type of behavior can cause a toxic work environment and those ladies working are really sweet I can tell and don’t deserve it. It’s not always what you say but how you say it and if he can’t be more polite about it he might not be a good candidate for a manager position. But overall thank you ladies I’ll be back soon.

Has a wonderful waitress by the name of Dan. She's pretty cool laid-back fast as she can be given the factor that she has to wait on food at times they really need to get a few things straightened out but as of all the businesses, you know it takes a lot.
