Hardee's in Randleman hit the spot this morning. Country ham and egg and sausage biscuits was very very good. We always enjoy eating at Hardee's. I wish we still had one in Ramseur and Siler City.

When you are asked to park in the drive thru and you wait 10 mins and you STILL get old, cold fries…. That sucks. Fast food is too expensive nowadays to be so terrible.

Our order was taken in a reasonable amount of time, the food was served hot, and the noise level in the restaurant was appropriate. The restaurant temperature for dining guests was comfortable. The tables were clean. Job well done!

I had the big bag special. I had a hot dog, double cheeseburger, small fries and a small drink for $5.99 which is a great price for all of that. The food was so hot and fresh! The young lady who took my order was very nice and pleasant. The order came out fast and I enjoyed my lunch! I'll definitely be going back again.
We usually love Hardees in Randleman. Not today! I will say it will be our last! We ordered two ultimate biscuits one sausage and one bacon. The bacon was just alright something to eat but the sausage was burned and the biscuit and egg was cold look like it had sit there for a long while. He took it back in and laid it on the counter. I am so disappointed with them.😡

Me and my mother went through the drive thru today. My mother wanted to order a chicken tender platter. She told Mr. Shazib that she wanted a “chicken finger meal” When she got to the window he told her that she order just a 3 piece tender. So at this point we knew he misunderstood her. But instead of making it right he told her that she had to go around the window AGAIN after she already paid for the tender and order the slaw and fries again. So she goes around the window and he tells her that she can’t order just slaw and fries. We get to the window and he has changed his mind and says he will only charge us for the slaw and fries. So it took two trips through the drive thru because he couldn’t fix the order without us going around, waiting for 3 cars and the food we ordered sitting in the car getting cold to finally get her platter and also having to be taxed TWICE for one order.
Staff was courteous and kind.
