Theresa is simply AMAZING! She handled all the food for our wedding from cocktail hour to dinner and the most beautiful cake and cupcakes, she does it all! So professional, quick to respond and communicate and she truly cares about you and your event! She had everything boxed up and ready to be sent home by the time we left the venue and even created some "snack later" to go boxes for me and my husband for once we got home!
Wonderful wedding day and rave reviews on the food. We had a couple of sandwiches, dips and desserts. It was all extremely delicious. The only thing I wish we, hubby and I, would have done was to fix a plate earlier in the day. I feel I missed out on some of the food I would have loved. However, Teresa made to go boxes for us with a little of everything. We enjoyed that later in the evening in our hotel room. All her staff is very accomplished and accommodating. Highly recommend...
