The food here is great and the atmosphere is very calming. April does a great job at making sure you are taken care of. Las Trancas is highly recommended if you’re in the Randleman area.

I am completely sick and tired of receiving the worse service from the same waitress, April. fortunately, i got her name off a receipt that i was given from the order that she SCREWED UP. she doesn’t seem to understand the concept of re-filling drinks, taking plates out the way and let alone TAKE AN ORDER RIGHT. she does not deserve to be employed. she has no customer service what so ever. i hate it for the other waitresses, while they clean and make sure our needs are taken care of and all she does is sit down and watch videos on her CELL PHONE. She’s where is the professionalism?? the boss needs to quit being in denial, and actually take actions against this matter. will never step foot in that restaurant and i hope for anyone who is reading this not too either.

We had the Texas fajitas tonight. Food was spot on and the service was excellent

Nothing tasted good or Mexican. Sorry, if you like chips the salsa is average. Everything else tasted like salt and cheese whiz.
I didn’t take a photo but the food looked gross. Ate less than half. Won’t be back.

Couldn’t stay after seeing the busboy and waiter clean up the tables and not wash goes hand before bringing out customers food. Also their bathroom is full of rust and corrosion so i can only imagine the state of their kitchen.
