Every time I go to the drive-thru there is literally a problem. Missing items, items made incorrectly, missing sauces. I've gotten in the habit of staying at the drive-thru window to check that everything is right to make sure I get my complete order and everything I need for it. It used to be when you reported a problem through the surveys a manager would contact you about the problem, now they don't even care. And by the way if you try to call the store to report a problem, their phone number is out of service! Go to wendy's, bojangles, or Hardee's across the street, much better service!

Every time I order, no exaggeration, there is always something incorrect or missing. Itâs so frustrating and I donât even want anything for free, I just want my order to be right the first time around. We will even ask if it is made the way we asked and they say yes, and then we get home and itâs not. Of course McDonaldâs is a corporation and they wonât care if they lose my business because theyâll still have plenty of business but itâs the principle of the matter. Also when I try to call back up there I am unable to reach anyone and I donât know if they have turned their phone off or what. Iâm calling the number from Google and McDonalds.com.

Drive thru 4 egg McMuffins no drinks no sides Easy order with only One car ahead one car behind very slow was told to pull up and still had to wait. Had to go in to get order, upon asking Revealed eggs were still being made 15 minutes later. Interestingly enough, they didnât know if I was getting a egg McMuffin or sausage McMuffin therefore that also revealed that they indeed lost my order or gave it to someone else because when I finally did get my order it didnât even have a receipt And when I asked for one, they couldnât produce it. To show my wait time or to give feedback. wonder why?

I paid for my order but after home definitely not what ordered tried multiple time to call but business number says "your call cannot be completed as dialed" but cones up caller ID when calling as McDonalds

This McDonald's is mediocre to a tea. Do NOT use the drive-thru as you are almost GUARANTEED to be waiting 12 minutes in the parking lot. Hoping they get your order right is a coin toss in all honesty and occasionally the burgers are so greasy, they're inedible. Overall, either go inside to order or eat something else entirely
Step in the right direction they have playground for the kids, and little seats but hope they change them to the burger seats lik in the 90s n 00s but about my food I ordered a spice deluxe chicken sandwich that is what I received, looked nothing like the pics the lettuce wasnât even on the sandwich most of it was in the box along with the cheese, the 3 tomatoes is to much caused soggy chicken, logically Iâd do bottom bun, sauce, chicken, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sauce, top bunâŚidk who was back there but do better it wasnât that busy when I pulled up 11am order number 754âŚonly eating it cuz I paid for it

Food was great, fresh but the women's bathroom was something to behold. It smelled so bad in there and one of the stalls had toilet paper EVERYWHERE.
Save money and order family meals. They offer more large meal options on the kiosk inside.

Ordered 6 big breakfast online. When got there, was asked to park my car. We waited over 25 minutes. Decided to go in and ask why it takes so long. Manager said they donât have enough supply to make our order. The beauty was no one came out to let us know that they are short supply and canât compete our order. No apologies was giving
