Husband ordered a double quarter pounder combo....just two things pulled up to get it had to park and wait....along with four other cars...what u pay for in a combo and get half of fries....didn't pay extra for combo not 5o get what we paid for

If i could give this place negative stars i would!! As of tonight 08/16/25 at 10:15 I got 2 coffees in the drive thru and one of which had a DEAD FLY!!!! never been so EXTREMELY disgusted!!!!

One of the worst for service I’ve been to. Their model is to take your order quickly and then have you park in drive thru so the line can continue moving. The entire parking lot is full of cars waiting for their fast food from drive thru. If I’d wanted to wait I’d have gone inside which would have been quicker to get 2 happy meals then the 10 minute wait in the drive thru spot.

Every time I go to the drive-thru there is literally a problem. Missing items, items made incorrectly, missing sauces. I've gotten in the habit of staying at the drive-thru window to check that everything is right to make sure I get my complete order and everything I need for it. It used to be when you reported a problem through the surveys a manager would contact you about the problem, now they don't even care. And by the way if you try to call the store to report a problem, their phone number is out of service! Go to wendy's, bojangles, or Hardee's across the street, much better service!

I have autistic children so we literally eat here every day of our lives and I haven't felt as yet
Every time I order, no exaggeration, there is always something incorrect or missing. It’s so frustrating and I don’t even want anything for free, I just want my order to be right the first time around. We will even ask if it is made the way we asked and they say yes, and then we get home and it’s not. Of course McDonald’s is a corporation and they won’t care if they lose my business because they’ll still have plenty of business but it’s the principle of the matter. Also when I try to call back up there I am unable to reach anyone and I don’t know if they have turned their phone off or what. I’m calling the number from Google and McDonalds.com.

Drive thru 4 egg McMuffins no drinks no sides Easy order with only One car ahead one car behind very slow was told to pull up and still had to wait. Had to go in to get order, upon asking Revealed eggs were still being made 15 minutes later. Interestingly enough, they didn’t know if I was getting a egg McMuffin or sausage McMuffin therefore that also revealed that they indeed lost my order or gave it to someone else because when I finally did get my order it didn’t even have a receipt And when I asked for one, they couldn’t produce it. To show my wait time or to give feedback. wonder why?

I paid for my order but after home definitely not what ordered tried multiple time to call but business number says "your call cannot be completed as dialed" but cones up caller ID when calling as McDonalds
