I haven't been to McDonald's in three years. So tonight, I decided to go. I was reminded why I quit going. Despite having a long line/ wait time, the fries were cold. Its as if the were microwaved on top of that. So, with that being said, I'll never be back.
EDIT: I will not be following the link to customer care in the owners reply. Coupons or a free meal will do nothing to rectify the issue. Its simple. Train your staff properly. Stop serving substandard food.

Its a rare occasion that I visit a McDonalds..I was on the road and needed a quick breakfast. Ordered a Mc Griddle and coffee..Food was ok but this place is hard to navigate..
We go to McDonald's a lot like a lot! I usually take my grandsons especially when they need to get their energy out and the play place at the McDonald's in randleman is their favorite. Why you ask? Because they figured out that it is a bigger play place. The quality of the food and the service at this particular McDonald's is great. The fries are crispy and hot. The burgers are spot on and you would expect that at McDonald's I get that and we've been here multiple times. They never never have gotten our orders incorrect at this particular McDonald's.

Placed a mobile order only to be pulled up through the drive thru and wait for 20 minutes. Every car was being pulled up. Got home and I'm missing a burger. Tried to call and their phone number won't go through. Bad service and no food. Lovely.

Worst service! I understand if you’re busy but my fiance and I went through the drive-thru and they were not busy. Waited 30 minutes for two double cheeseburgers. This is insane. They had to pull up every single car they had in the drive-thru. They clearly need to work on fast pace. It’s called Fast Food for a reason.
