The customer service is terrible. Keep giving this store the benefit of the doubt. But the service doesn’t get better. If the store closes at 12 and you receive an order at 11:30 you’re still open. Randleman doesn’t have another Papa John’s so this is the only one.

Lazy driver doesn’t deliver food to the door. Don’t get a delivery job if you don’t want to deliver. Store manager said couldn’t refund the tip without cancelling and remaking the order which is BS. You can remove the tip amount without needing to remake and redeliver the order. Have worked at PJ before. Garbage customer service.

This was my go-to pizza as far as chains go.It would reheat decentlyFor the most part, you know what you are getting.Something had been off the last couple stops, and it's almost a weekly stop.It's not been bad, but Something is different.We really didn't eat it like we normally do.Usually, it's at least a couple of days of eating.Not this timeI'm pretty sure we got rid of the leftoversThat's uncommon or used to be.Still, go, it's still decent, just not. I can't wait to get home and eat another slice anymore.

We ordered pizza last night & the delivery driver did not knock,call, nor ring the doorbell. Put the pizza in the garage on the ground and our dog ate it. We called and they said they did not see an order from us. My husband went up there this morning and got accused of trying to get free food! No Sir we spent $40 and did not get to eat our food because your driver literally put it on the ground and left! Will never order again!
