I'm convinced employees who don't care and poor management is a recipe for disaster. There has been an ebb and flow of service over the years at this location. As of late, it has forced me to warn others to how little this place cares about the product they turn out. This review is a culmination of aggravation from the past several experiences from orders placed. There is something consistently wrong, usually it's under done or not following the requested customizations. This time I received a half naked pizza of just dough. I believe they threw the toppings on from 20' away, or dropped it on the floor before it went into the oven. Maybe I just need to expect less from the low budget employees these places hire, or the lack of proper training they receive from the terrible management. Either way, neither one of them care at all. Not too many choices in our area for delivery, they're getting fewer with every order. Just be prepared to receive some half prepared crap like we did today. Just expect less, not more. For once I'd love to leave a positive review. Not yet.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order waited an hour and a half to find out the driver had a flat tire on the way to the house. I called the store and person on the phone said they could either refund me my money or we could wait for the driver to bring my order or they could remake it and I come get it. That is an inconvenience hence the reason I chose delivery. I told them to refund my order and I ordered from another company.

Placed a delivery order. We waited 1.5 hours to find out that the driver had a flat tire on the side of the road. She finally texted to let us know. We called the store and they weren’t willing to take care of us in any way. The only option was to either cancel the order, us to come in and pick up (which is an inconvenience. That’s why we did delivery), or to receive cold pizza. This is terrible customer service!! DO BETTER! We canceled and went over to Sopranos.

Well the order got here 15 mins early that was cool and the tip was healthy too, but a car full of people brought it???..... I don't know the circumstances behind this but it's weird & unprofessional, online ordering didn't tell me it would be doordash untill after I had payed so no more orders from Papa John's ever again.

Wings were NOT good! (Way over cooked) And I believe the pizza sauce was bad so both of our large pizzas did NOT taste good. $65 for really bad food.

The customer service is terrible. Keep giving this store the benefit of the doubt. But the service doesn’t get better. If the store closes at 12 and you receive an order at 11:30 you’re still open. Randleman doesn’t have another Papa John’s so this is the only one.
Lazy driver doesn’t deliver food to the door. Don’t get a delivery job if you don’t want to deliver. Store manager said couldn’t refund the tip without cancelling and remaking the order which is BS. You can remove the tip amount without needing to remake and redeliver the order. Have worked at PJ before. Garbage customer service.

Food took over an hour to get here when it’s a 5 minute drive from my house only ordered a pizza and wings when the food arrived pizza was doughy and cold only good part was the delivery driver dude was funny
