Unfortunately this place contains more flies than employees. They swoop in on you as soon as your food arrives and bother you throughout your meal. I don't want to even think about how bad they are in the back where the food is prepared. The facility itself is pretty rundown, but the food is decent if you can get past the flies. As for service, it's spotty, some people are fine and I've had others borderline rude.

Vegetarian options: Rice with zucchini and onion is an amazing dish all on its own.
Parking: Small lot so when busy getting into a spot can be a little difficult but usually never full.

This review has been updated and old review removed. They literally have your food ready in 10 minutes or less. I live less than a mile away I've tried beating their time. I call it in walk out door. 2 and half minutes later depending if a light turns red on me and it is ready before I can get in door. ???. The food is good. Only thing the sodium or msg is alittle higher than I would like. Hibachi chicken is super tender the zucchini is great. Most of the cashiers are super nice.

First time eating their food...it wasn't good at all. I ordered brown rice, broccoli, and chicken. It didn't have any flavor at all. Never going back!

This Japanese cuisine is a decent place to eat. I’ve eaten here many times and have mostly been satisfied. There may be a few visits where the service or food isn’t as good as other times, but usually I’m happy ordering from here. Prices are cheap and the food is good. They always get the food ready very quickly as well which is a massive bonus. If your in the mood for some cheap and good Japanese food, Sarkus will absolutely be a good choice!

The food is great. However if you are sensitive to spices (hot spices) then I would definitely NOT get the ginger sauce. I’ve been to other places for hibachi and have always gotten ginger sauce instead of the yum yum sauce and it has ALWAYS had a bit of a sweet taste never spicy. I even tried to call the store and it says a recording about how u can’t leave a voicemail (and I called during business hours).
Best food in Randleman, fast service, amazing white sauce, more than enough food for what you pay for. This place is amazing and cheap, I highly recommend.
