The coldest place in nc it’s like eating outside in December I kid you not the lady that worked there. I asked her if she could ask them to turn the air up some she said every time I do they get mad and scream at me. I looked at the temperature before I left. It was 64° everybody in there that was over the age of 25 had sweaters and coats on, this is pathetic. It might get hot in the kitchen, but you do not appreciate your customers never again.

I've been getting pizza from there for years and it's always good. I decided to branch out and get a salad and that was a mistake. It had clearly been left sitting on the hot pizza box or something. The lettuce was limp and warm and there was water/condensation in the box. Extremely disappointed. I guess I'll stick to pizza.
Also, please take the cannolis off the menu. Every single time i ask, you don't have them. Literally every time. Why advertise something you NEVER have in stock???

I ordered 3 strombolis and an Alfredo. The bill was over 70 dollars. The strombolis were supposed to be one chicken and 2 steak. The person who took the order confirmed it twice
I live over 20 minutes from this place. When I got home the order was wrong. All three strombolis were chicken. I called back and they said that was what I ordered. I told them that the ordered had been confirmed and that it was wrong. They checked again and told me I was wrong but they would give me credit for one steak stromboli. I told them that there was 2 sandwiches that were wrong but the manager said it was not their fault and would only give me credit for one.he was rude and basically said I was lying. I will not eat there anymore.

My mother introduced me to Sopranos, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty their pizza is. After trying several pizza places in North Carolina, I struggled to find one I liked, as many are either too expensive or taste like they came from the freezer section. At $12 for a 16-inch pizza, Sopranos is a alright value, and their pizzas have been pretty satisfying. I’ve eaten there three times now, and the only minor criticism I have is that one time the pizza was a bit too salty. With a New York-native mother and a Chicago-native father, I’ve become a bit of a pizza snob. While everyone’s tastes are different, I’ll definitely be returning to Sopranos.

Just rude ?
Went on Pi day here for pizza. Walked in and sat down at a booth. We noticed there was only one waitress working on Pi day? Uh oh. She got our drinks and took our order. That was the last time a server came to our table. We had to go up to the counter for refills. Someone dropped the pizza off and didn't bring out our extra marinara. Again nobody ever came back to the table to ask if everything was okay. Tried to charge us for stuff we didn't get.The poor young girl was running her butt off while the managers just stood around in the back the entire time. They never came up to help the poor girl. I wouldn't be surprised if she's applying for new jobs at the moment as she was extremely overwhelmed and behind.Do better management!

We Ordered fried mushrooms as a appetizer that tasted like bland water balls then we got to the main course which was the “tour of Italy” it came with Alfredo that I took one bite and wouldn't feed my dog I’ve had better out of a can and lasagna that wasn’t great but reminded me of mushier school food so to each there own there we also got a tuna salad that was thrown together watery and half wilted to top it off we had the pleasure of listening to the very loud kitchen staff the entire time however our waitress was very friendly our overall experience was extremely disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time and money here

A lg meat Calzone was ordered and after picked up we get home and to see what we were charged for makes me highly disgusted and upset. Like really yall? It’s figured yall could read but I guess not because we were given a steak and all cheese calzone instead. Would’ve came back but not worth the time and we live 20mins out. What y’all served was absolutely pathetic and not worth eating. No one eat here, save yourself go to sir pizza or hell even capris. Save yourselves.

Great food at a reasonable price.
I recently moved back to NC and went to my favorite place to get pizza: Soprano’s. They have the best pizza and wings. The chocolate chip Cannoli is amazing. I learned that the owner developed a terminal disease a few years ago and can no longer manage the restaurant. He was so proud of this place. It’s good that his family is trying to carry everything on. I’ll be back again for a slice of pepperoni!! And, Tracey, is amazing!!
