Soprano's Italian Restaurant

Hard to get through to place an order. The first time I called, I was placed on hold and hung up on. I called again and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. My fiancé called from his phone and was able to get through to place an order while I was still on hold… when they would answer the phone, we could hear laughing. Very immature behavior, which is causing the store to lose potential customers.

The food here is really good, and it has a nice, cozy, family oriented atmosphere. The food prices are good too.

I really like Soprano's. I went yesterday and I got 2 small steak & cheese stromboli's and a spaghetti with meatballs dinner which comes with bread and salad. The food was really good & fresh as it always is. I think the price of all that food was like 32$ so that wasn't bad at all.

Pizza was raw and cold
No sausage, service was lousy. And waitress was loud.

I would choose to eat at McDonalds before I chose to eat here again. The food was nasty and after the 3rd bite, my stomach started to hurt. I didn’t let my kid eat his spaghetti in fear that he would get food poisoning.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I love the spaghetti, lasagna, and pizza! The owners are great!

Ordered from sopranos waited an hour and 45 minutes for delivery supposedly the driver's car broke down a phone call exposing thats and remaking the food fresh would been nice but nope cold ass food and forgot our 1/2 gallon of

tea never again

We ordered food for delivery off of the Slice app. It gave us a reasonable estimate for delivery time. But the app told us that our food was out for delivery right at the time it was supposed to be delivered. Usually that's no big problem. I could wait a few minutes more. But we waited over an hour after the original delivery time estimate. I had to have the app support contact the store in order for them to actually send our food out for delivery. Once it got to us, the food was room temperature at best. It tasted good, but it would have been better warm (except the cake). I'll probably only order carryout from here next time when I'm in the area.

I ordered a pepperoni and extra cheese Sicilian pizza and it was absolutely AMAZING. I don't know how they can make something that is thick, fluffy, crispy all at the same time. Apparently, their dough is made fresh daily and they also make their own sauce. Whatever they do, it is GOOD. The two older women who work there were so nice and very welcoming. They will definitely make you laugh and have a good time. I will be back.

Had a call in order for pepperoni pizza and hot wings, upon arrival I was asked what my order was so I told the girl at the counter the pizza and wings and she asked if I had ordered chips with that. To which I said no, she went to the back to ask someone something I'm not too sure but came back and charged me for the total. It wasn't until I got home and I saw my takeout order and the receipt that I saw she charged me for the stale chips even after I confirmed I in fact did not order the said chips... Just check your boxes and receipts before leaving this establishment.

Edit: the older ladies that usually take orders, weve never had issues with our orders this time around and the previous times with the sauces it has been the younger girls at the front

I called and placed an order for a cheeseburger sub. I was asked if I wanted fries,onion rings or hor chips. I said onion rings. I got home with my order,only to find that I had a cheeseburger sandwich and fries. I went back to get what I ordered. I was told that they don't have cheeseburger subs and that I didn't say what side I wanted. The website clearly says that they have a double patty sub. They offered to make some onion rings but I said forget it and left in frustration The sandwich was good but there were only a few fries. Not worth the extra cost.
