Bro the dude in the front acts like a jerk and the lady witress has a terrible attitude
Its strange here. New management i guess. Very unfriendly staff and it took almost an hour to get dish number 1 out of 3. They didnt have my stuffed shells and no thousand island either. Salad looking meh. The bread has changed and so has the ranch. From homemade to bottled ranch. Not good.me. somebody else just left because they didnt have several things on the menu they provided. Grabs their keys and bounced. Grease just dripping off the hamburger stromboli. Just sad.

Ordered stromboli and wings and was highly disappointed. Sopranos was the only place that was left that still had great wings and good stromboli since capris went under new management. Everything was different and not for the better. The wings tasted like strong mustard and the stromboli was much smaller than before, breaded different, tasted of strong herbs, and way less of everything inside. Highly disappointed with the change. My entire family was so disappointed. Sopranos had always been a favorite.

This has been my new favorite restaurant, but they still have a few kinks to work out. When my guest and I arrived at the restaurant the first thing I noticed was the dirty tables that hadn't been reset from the earlier customers. Other times I've dined here the tables have always been clean and ready for the next customer. I asked the wait staff to clear a table so I could sit at one with a bench seat. He gladly did that for us.
There was a young family in the restaurant and the large screen TV was on with a violent show and profanity. The youngest little boy was sitting in a chair watching the movie like he was in a movie theater. The serving staff eventually turned the volume down, but it was still as loud as if I were sitting in my living room. This same child got up and walked from table to table moving the lights that sit on them and touched the tables. The wait staff seemed at a loss as to what to do about it so he just watched him.
I got the salad that is served with my meal and noticed immediately that it was spring mix instead of iceberg lettuce. The other times I've had the meal it was iceberg lettuce. When my lasagna came out it was hot on the outside and edges, but the center was just warm. It was layered differently than in the past and one layer of the ground meat wasn't combined with sauce. I knew immediately that Chef Robin wasn't the one who prepared my meal. She's particular and prepares the lasagna differently. As I was paying the bill, I told my waiter to tell Chef Robin that I was there. The waiter told me she wasn't there that night. As I said, I knew she wasn't there because it would have been a totally different experience if she was.
When I paid, the person at the register told me the total was one thing and I paid with cash. The change was completely wrong, so I stared at the change while I was waiting for the extra. It was obvious that the person couldn't make change. I told him that he owed me more money and helped him do the math. He said he couldn't give me the correct change because the restaurant was nearly completely out of coins. I told him that I wasn't worried about the coins but I did want the correct change and told he that if he didn't know how to do the math then he should use the calculator on his phone every. single. time. Better than that, don't run the register.

I went there for my mom's birthday with my little sister and im 8 months pregnant, upon entering we noticed it was fairly empty, no music or nothing on the TV to break the weird atmosphere. We notice the quality of everything has went down like, the decor, the 50 cent cups from Walmart, no more dessert fridge:(((?, bugs on the wall. The guy who waited on us was weird, we all ordered the same thing (chicken Alfredo with side salad) a he brought our food to us we noticed as he was holding/ handing our plates out he had his thumb in some of our food 😵💫 the chicken in my Alfredo was cold like not from sitting out cold, but like someone took it out of the fridge and put it on top of the Alfredo, the noodles were overcooked and sauce was tasteless, also there's no salt and pepper on the tablets to help with that. The bread was so hard my mom couldnt eat it because it hurt her teeth. The best part of the meal was the salad and ranch 🥲 half way through eating we saw a big roach on the wall. We stopped eating and told the guy there's a roach on the wall and he kills it with his bare hands that were just in our food moments ago. We asked for the bill and left (sadly we had to pay after the trama) the next day I got violently sick throwing up over 7 times (same with my mom and little sister). This is not the same sopranos we used to know and love :(

Soprano's Italian Restaurant in Randleman, NC has changed their menu and now serves delicious homemade farm to table goodness in every dish. This is not a fast food restaurant. It's an opportunity to sit down and enjoy reconnecting with your loved ones while waiting for freshly prepared meals. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Ordered a salad to go and waited a total of 31 minutes.

Sitting here still waiting after it took 20 minutes to get our drinks and asked for our orders. Feel like unexpected company they were not at all relatively prepared for. Hopefully the food will make up for it.

My boyfriend and I came to eat here because we had heard mixed reviews and wanted to try it for ourselves. Our experience was terrible but we are capable of laughing our way through bad experiences. To be honest it broke our hearts, I can tell that some of the staff really want to have a good restaurant but it just isn’t working out. So instead of boring you with a bad review I’d like to provide some constructive criticism: First of all, ditch the grass carpet, the table cloths, the plastic cups, and the battery power lights. Maybe try playing jazz music, something to liven the place up (and people tend to associate good Italian food with jazz for some reason). Also turn captions on the TV if possible and put it on the soccer channel or something. Lastly, try having at least one person running the floor at all times, the floor should never lack staff. I hope we can visit again some time in the future and have a much more pleasant experience. Best wishes.
Tried here yesterday and my mom and I had the lasagna. When we got home we got sick. Do with that information what you will.

Sopranos has always been a staple in Randleman for what feels like as long as I can remember. They have great food, I specifically come for the wings most times. The service is great ,Abigail Taylor has delivered time after time.
