I placed an online order for Curbside pick up. I get places get busy. But it's unacceptable to have the people getting curbside sit n wait 20 plus minutes, when there food is already made n ready. The point of ordering online is to avoid sitting and waiting, not to end up waiting n have to deal with soggy bread... I finally got tired of waiting n went in n got my food, even though they tell you to stay in your car.

Stared at by some lady and her daughter. Lady kept staring at me and picking food out of teeth. Then the subs we ordered were disgusting, lettuce was browning, cucumbers tasted old, green peppers were soggy...whole sub was gross. Ordered extra mayo..got none.

Older lady with blonde hair and “blue” eyes is always so rude and judgmental to customers. Extremely impatient and gets aggravated at customers who don’t order as fast as she wants. If you hate people that much you should not work in customer service. I don’t plan on returning until she isn’t there because I’m not paying to be disrespected.
