Stared at by some lady and her daughter. Lady kept staring at me and picking food out of teeth. Then the subs we ordered were disgusting, lettuce was browning, cucumbers tasted old, green peppers were soggy...whole sub was gross. Ordered extra mayo..got none.

I came in with 2 young children and an elderly lady. The kids were asking questions and the elderly wanted to use some coupons. The whole time the manager was mumbling under her breath, looking at her coworkers and I even caught her rolling her eyes. If you can't show some decent customer service for the 8-10 minutes you were dealing with us then you shouldn't be working with the public. Major attitude.

Older lady with blonde hair and “blue” eyes is always so rude and judgmental to customers. Extremely impatient and gets aggravated at customers who don’t order as fast as she wants. If you hate people that much you should not work in customer service. I don’t plan on returning until she isn’t there because I’m not paying to be disrespected.

My experience with this Subway in Randleman was very very bad I think that they have the worst attitudes and I think that they are very unsanitary I do not suggest people eat at this restaurant ????

Love all there food and I deftly recommend it I want to get this every day I have never really had bad service and they are all most always nice but if u get a miserable team it sucks but the can and will be found at any fast four or sit down restaurant

The place was clean and nice but the staff was extremely rude and unkind to me and mother extremely disrespectful to my mother the most and I believe she was the manager but I didn’t get a name before she took off her name tag but when I asked if she was the manager the girl Morgan spoke up and said that she was her mother in law like that makes it excusable for how rude she was being and walked away while in the middle of making my mothers sub I am an a assistant manager at a dominos myself and I know some days can be difficult but if that’s how you handle your bad days or if that’s how you handle customers then she doesn’t have any business being in there with a title.

Had to deal with a very rude staff member (older blonde woman with fake blue eyes) that gave us an attitude from the start. I made mention that we had a coupon (to make sure they accepted them) and she waved at me stating "Yeah, we don't take those right now, that's at the end" in a condescending tone. After the first sub was toasted, we asked for extra onions and the same blonde gave us an attitude, saying we had plenty and that "five or so is the norm, you have plenty on there." Got tired of her tone and attitude and the second sandwich we had started making had burnt bread before it was even toasted. Told them to throw them away and that we wouldn't be back. I guess you're guaranteed to be served with a horrible attitude at this location. Will NOT be back and DO NOT recommend if you want your sandwich made correctly.

My order was messed up and the manager is the one that made my order 1st of all! 2nd of all she was rude and dismissed my complaint when I called the store telling me pretty much I was wrong when I said I had NO CHEESE and I wanted extra PEPPER JACK which would be visible if it was ON IT!!! I offered to send a picture!! From my order to be repeated 2 times and it to still being wrong it's ridiculous! They have messed up my food too many times and there is no reason for especially when they're not even extra busy! Will not be going back here.... I don't even know why I did today! ?
