Winnie was our waitress, she is amazing!!! My husband ordered a patty melt but built it up with other items and she was amazed by it, lol. The food was so good, the cook was on his game this morning. We've chose this location over the one closer to our house. So thanks for the best experience of a waffle house we've had in a long time!!

We are regulars that come here often for our usual diner experience that we enjoy but today was just SHOCKING! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A SHOCK IN MY LIFE! OUR WAITRESS WAS AND ALWAYS IS AMAZING BUTTTTT OUR COOKKKKK WASSSS SUCH A TERRIBLE PERSON!!! started off by hearing Jennifer complain about having to take a shift she didn't want or stay over whatever it was constant moaning then being out of character to our WAITRESS to the point she offered to buy our burger for us then the cook Jennifer proceeded to get loud with a elderly man who couldn't hear her. Jennifer has no manners no respect for her peers or customers. I hope this complaint isn't taken lightly bc I'm absolutely disgusted in hearing a Indivisual speak to people around her like pure garbage lord help our Saint of a WAITRESS bc I cannot understand how she can deal with a coworker like this! It Is completely unacceptable! Also Jennifer moaned the entire time over cooking basic food we ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon she yelled loudly she wasn't cooking bacon unless we pay extra ???double cheese burger with bacon???yelling at our WAITRESS then complained about making gravy! I mean at the end of the day your a cook if you can't cook get out of the kitchen !!!! What is wrong with people !!!!!

Dude if a manager or whoever sees this, we came here at like 7 PM on 10/21/2025 and it was the best Waffle House experience either of us have had. We were the only ones there. There was a black lady serving us and a white lady in the kitchen. Both seemed nice but the server went absolutely above and beyond. She just seemed really sweet and kind. The food came out fast, was delicious (duh, it’s Waffle House), and it was only $20 for the both of us. But what really seriously impressed me was just how nice that server was. She needs a raise! Like here it is 11:32 PM frickin 2 days later and I’m still thinking about how nice she was to both me and my wife. It meant a lot to me, especially since I never would have expected that from Waffle House.

Waitress was good and attentive, all was well until halfway through my ice water I noticed a chunk of mold mixed in with the ice. So just be aware, check your cups for mold and decide if this location is worth it for you.

The workers stood around on phones not giving attentions to customers. Food is terrible not brought out together on time either. Was not crowded at all and staff is terrible. Waffles not cooked all way or even full size. This waffle house is dire need of new staff. Will not come back and warning everyone else to stay away.
Best house I've been to in ages, food was accutally REALLY good. They should give those young men raises!

Got the waffle 30 min after ordering then 30 minutes later got food but no bacon . They cooked it and brought it to the table after I finished eating . Coffee got cold and was never offered more . And it was so cold inside til I was shivering . Not a good experience at all ! We will never eat there again EVER !!!!!
