Wendy’s in Randleman, NC needs to do better! Their attitude sucks, their food sucks! I got a cheese bake potato with hardly any potato cause they over cooked it, and not only that they had no crackers for my chili. Chili is the only thing I wanted and of course Wendy’s is out of chili. That’s unacceptable! Also the staff was rude and with attitudes. I will never be back and I’m taking all of my friends and family with me on not coming back. Thanks but no thanks!!!!!!!!

There's just something about wendys now no matter how quickly I get my order the food never feels like it's fresh and hot. Especially the jr bacon cheese burgers they are room temperature everytime. Frys are warm at best.
I miss yellow wendys, the burgers were much better back then.

I haven’t at here in about 4 yrs. I did today it was horrific. Spicy chicken sandwich use to be my favorite it was no bigger than a McDonald’s hamburger and a flat patty. Never was it like that before

Just went to this Wendy’s ordered jr bacon biggie bag chicken blt biggie bag 2 jr bacon burgers and Parmesan nuggets. The jr bacons didn’t have lettuce and tomato on but one of them didn’t get the chicken blt at all got 2 nuggets and Parmesan nuggets. Fries were good Parmesan nuggets were good but would have like to have gotten what I paid for. Pay attention to what people order and get it right. You make decent money to work in the fast food industry. Just try to make sure your customers get what they pay for.

Went for some Frostys and fries and noticed I didn't get a receipt. So, I looked in the bag that held the fries and also noticed there were no straws, spoons, or napkins. I kindly asked for a receipt and whatever they had on hand for the Frostys, and the manager said with a snarky attitude that it should be in my bag without offering any assistance after his response. I decided to show them my bag because apparently me looking through it myself twice is not enough. They rolled their eyes at me and gave me such bad facial expressions. I could understand if I was being ridiculous or snarky myself, but I wasn't. I was just thankful I noticed before I drove off. But to purposely make a customer feel like they are a burden is not, in my opinion, a way to bring me back through your drive through in the future. If corporate follows these reviews, please look back at your video surveillance and see for yourself.

Chili was cold..staff forgot to turn on heater. Had to make a new batch.

I had five individual orders, so I placed my large order inside. Cashier was helpful, friendly, and each order had the customers name on their receipt. They place all large orders in one bag for easier handling. (Out of to go cup holders, so this helped). Only problem was I didn’t have any butter or sour cream with my baked potato, but I will know next time to ask.It was a big order, so leaving out that was not a big concern.

There have been times we have gone through the drive thru and not been impressed with the quality of food and sometimes had missing items. However, last week we went through around midnight and there was only one employee on duty. He was extremely personable, professional, and efficient. Add on top of that, the food was great! I wish I knew his name, because he should get recognition!!! It's a week later and we are still talking about how this young man made an impression on us. He has a bright future.
