I will drive to Pembroke Hardee’s before I waste my time and money at this location. The customer service alone is absolutely ridiculous. If you hate your job so much that you have an attitude when helping customers find another job. I had to order my food three times get to the window no greeting and when I got my food I was handed a bag and not a word was said. They really need to teach these employees how to have basic customer service etiquette

The food was cold, ordered a grilled cheese bacon cheeseburger and the meat was cold, cheese was cold, fries tasted weird...this was the 2nd time I gave em a shot

Was very very disappointed this has happened to my family a few times at that Hardees. We spent over 50 bucks on our order got 2 Monster bacon on sourdough bread and they didn't even bother to toast our bread they way they are suppose to do that's alot of money to spend at a fat food place food half completed food. Makes no sense to me and everytime we go threw drive thru they always make us pull forward and we set there 10 mins waiting on them to bring our order out and the reason for it cause they always have to cook the fries like it's fast food why don't they keep fries done and what's the purpose of going threw drive threw and getting pulled up to wait on food just to get there drive thru time down that makes no sense cause that's basically them lying to corporate about there drive thru time I feel like it should be illegal to pull cars forward in drive thru without there food.

I wanted to stop and give a big shout out to Hardee's in Red Springs. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly. The service was fast and my food was hot and fresh. Its always my pleasure to stop in when I'm in that neck of the woods.

No napkins my steak the top part of biscuit was gone hope it broke not bitten . Steak was eatable hubby likes his Frisco so he waa happy

Waited more than 15 minutes inside after ordering. The fill your own tea station was empty. Employees seemed to be very annoyed having to get your tea from the drive thru section.
