This one is okay but not the best I wouldn't recommend if there was another local one. Glad for the one in Pembroke at least they don't burn your biscuits and mostly you get right order

Let me first say, I haven't been this upset in years, YEARS! ITo the point my blood is boiling. I pulled in the drive through and the cashier keyed in my order correctly. She was very professional. I get to the window and paid. She asked me to drive up because they were "waiting on my meat". I did so, but in doing that i had to go around the vehicle in front of me that was already waiting. Waited several minutes. I then see a different employee coming with 2 bags of food. She hands one bag of food to the gentleman behind me. I see him open the bag put his hands IN the bag & say something to the employee. I see him give her the bag of food that he had and she gives him the other bag of food. She then walks over to my car and hands me the same bag of food the gentleman just put his hands in. I look at her and say, "ma'am I don't want that, I saw him open it." Her response, "he didn't open it." Me, "ma'am, I saw him." She then implied AGAIN, "he didn't open it." By this point I'm over it and I'm not arguing, I open the bag and tell her I also paid for a apple pie & it's not in here. Her response, "you can walk in and get it I didn't ring in your order." And walks away.In no way was this professional or sanitary. Point blank period. I left this establishment with my blood fuming. Every bit of me wanted to let her know exactly how unsanitary and unprofessional this was. Did I mention, her rolling her eyes after I told her I didn't receive the apple pie. I can't remember the last time I've written a review and hesitated to write this one because i dont like causing controversy. But, this one needed to be written. Maybe she'll see this and realize if she was in my position how would she feel?? Do better.

If your in a hurry do not go to this location. It takes forever to get a biscuit, then you get the wrong food, and they move like sloths. No desire to do fast food service! Everytime I have been, the service is super slow.

Found some plastic in my milkshake tonight so be careful to somehow make sure you don’t have plastic in yours. I told the staff to check their milkshake machine but the guy on the phone said there shakes aren’t made with machines. That’s ok but there’s still plastics in your milkshake. These are my favorite milkshakes in Red Springs. I told the guy that they might not want to serve anymore milkshakes untill they got it checked out, but whoever I was talking to never replied after I gave my suggestion?

It was the worst hamburger that I have ever had it was so dry the bread was hard and crispy they need new management there it is and nasty atmosphere. I should have went in and complained took pictures of the food the cold freeze the piece of meat that you can barely see and it was so dry the building itself the parking lot the service of the employees I'm so disappointed it needs to be closed down or find new management and fix all the holes in the parking lot 😖😤😠🤢 🚫🍔🍟🤮
