If I could give them “ZERO” stars I would! The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! When you order food the way you want it, that’s the way it should be! Not someone who’s fixing your food that doesn’t care and slapping stuff on a bun to get you out of the way! My whole order was completely wrong and when I called back the manager acts like this is an everyday thing that occurs at this establishment and doesn’t even apologize for me having to come back! Your best bet is to go to St.Paul’s or Raeford!! This one definitely needs to be CLOSED DOWN! I actually despise coming to this establishment ! You’re always having to wait for food, when you get your food it’s either cold or wrong! The McDonald Distribution Company needs to actually step in these does and look at how they treat people and when it comes to food! I’ve never in my life been to a fast food place and they done this with me ordering an HOUR AHEAD OF TIME AND STILL GET MY ORDER WRONG!

It was a great place to go and get food. But the last few months they have changed drastically. If yo go there in your car prepare to be at least 15 minutes waiting for your order. And if you go to the inside please check your order before leaving the store.

Literally get an order every morning and every single time they pull me up. They have the shittiest workers ever!
I’ve gone to this location multiple times cause it’s the closest to me but it never fails to forget an item even if I’m the only customer in the drive thru and with the simplest orders of less than 3 items or just give me the wrong order.

Pulling up shouldn't be your go to action plan when it gets busy (2 cars behind me mind you) The staff here are always pulling that move
