They’re terrible I just left and we waited 30 mins for our food people that came in after us got they meals first ice cream melted and they didn’t want to fix it instead of giving it to us while it’s fresh then let it sit out

If I could give them “ZERO” stars I would! The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! When you order food the way you want it, that’s the way it should be! Not someone who’s fixing your food that doesn’t care and slapping stuff on a bun to get you out of the way! My whole order was completely wrong and when I called back the manager acts like this is an everyday thing that occurs at this establishment and doesn’t even apologize for me having to come back! Your best bet is to go to St.Paul’s or Raeford!! This one definitely needs to be CLOSED DOWN! I actually despise coming to this establishment ! You’re always having to wait for food, when you get your food it’s either cold or wrong! The McDonald Distribution Company needs to actually step in these does and look at how they treat people and when it comes to food! I’ve never in my life been to a fast food place and they done this with me ordering an HOUR AHEAD OF TIME AND STILL GET MY ORDER WRONG!

It was a great place to go and get food. But the last few months they have changed drastically. If yo go there in your car prepare to be at least 15 minutes waiting for your order. And if you go to the inside please check your order before leaving the store.
