I’ve gone to this location multiple times cause it’s the closest to me but it never fails to forget an item even if I’m the only customer in the drive thru and with the simplest orders of less than 3 items or just give me the wrong order.

Pulling up shouldn't be your go to action plan when it gets busy (2 cars behind me mind you) The staff here are always pulling that move

Terrible Terrible. Ordered a steak breakfast combo . 13$ paid for it first window next window wait 5 minutes told pull to the waiting spot 17 minutes later no food so I'm going to be late for work so I ask for a refund. The manager has a attitude say who wants a refund YOU stares me down hits a few buttons walks away then sends someone else with my money. No sorry for the issues or can I do anything for you or anything. Terrible experience and this isn't the first time.

This location is horrible. Employees are never friendly and you might as well forget getting your food at the drive thru. You will have to pull forward to wait for your food. Meanwhile, the children running this business are in the back playing around, talking inappropriately and being rude to the customers. Where’s the management? It’s very evident that they don’t have any or it’s just poor management. Customer service doesn’t exist here. Instead of my order being taken smoothly I had an employee trying to correct me over rather or not a drive thru code was a drive thru code or not. Look, I don’t care if it’s the Da Vinci Code, take it so I can get my food and go on with my life.
