Terrible restaurant & awful staff! This is not teriyaki chicken, it is PLAIN! Not a drop of sauce in sight. Every time I asked for my steak or chicken a certain way, they tell me that they cooked it correctly and that I’m wrong when I know I’m not. The managers refused to give me a refund the next day even though I have a picture of my messed up order. Manager is also disrespectful.

Had heard of this place and decided to try. Glad ? I did. The teriyaki chicken combo was incredible! I still don't know how they make those carrots so tasty ( could eat a bowl of them by themselves) The food is great. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The rice was perfect. The broccoli was perfect. The prices are very good. Not one thing to complain about. I'll be back again soon

We were in Reel springs to pick up medicine we couldn't get in lumberton, and stopped here as it was one of the only places to got vegan options in Red Springs. They food was good, but a little expensive for what you got. We appreciated take tabl1e service and everyone was friendly.Vegetarian options: They had meatless options for the stir fry and teriakyi meals.

Very good food but too high. Way higher than other hibachi places. Noodle have way too much Seasame oil.Kid-friendliness: They do not have any kids meals only adult size servings.

Not sure why the bad reviews. My whole family loves this place. Glad they are here in town. Eaten there a dozen times and no issues. It's delicious Americanized Japanese food like you get at any Tokyo express or hibachi spot. No claim to be authentic Japanese food, this is red springs not Raleigh. Been to a hundred different take out Japanese hibachi restaurants across NC and the crab Rangoons at 3Roosters are the best I've had. Plus they will get you all the white sauce ya need!

If you're in Red Springs and crave some high quality Asian food...this IS your stop. Averages about $13 per entree drinks are extra, but the food ... OMG the food was DELICIOUS. Also the customer service we received as dine in was top notch. Attentive but not bothersome. The atmosphere seems dated, but it is Red Springs... All in all, EAT HERE... Lol

I wouldn't say this is authentic Japanese cuisine. It lacked a lot of flavor, didn't really taste Japanese at all. The spring rolls were dry. Again no flavor. The Three Roosters Special was ok. But like low end ok. The soba noodles were basically spaghetti in a sweet sauce. My toddlers didn't like anything at all from here and they love Japanese food usually. The host was nice. The inside when I picked up the food had no customers which was a huge red flag.
