Never seem to open on time. The sign says 5am but 530 is when they can actually serve because nobody can seem to make it to work on time just one person in restaurant trying to cook. Thankfully Hardee's is close by they are always open on time.

Order is not correct a lot of times and it's not once in a while it's like 2-3 times every 2-3 weeks ordered gravy biscuits they said they don't have them after a certain time of day I thought they were supposed to have breakfast food all day This is at Bojangles on freeway drive

Today was the worst day..Had a new manager working the front desk with a nasty attitude serve me borrounds that was frozen in the inside and cooked on the outside. He literally started arguing with me telling me that he don't care about that job and ain't nobody gonna do nothing to him because he's a supervisor ah , recording everything that he said and I also took pictures of my frozen food that they served me

Manage had attitude didn't even look at my receipt. From where they were suppose to replace my whole order only gave me sandwich. The time before waited in line 35 minutes. I blow the horn and knocked on window she had already taken my money and said I'll get to you when I get to you

This restaurant needs more help per shift. Not enough employees, thus making orders slow to get out. Food is good though.

For some reason when you go in to order they put behind ALL of the drive thru orders. They don't care if they have a room full of people waiting for their food. Bad MANAGEMENT!!!
Terrible experience, probably the worst I’ve had at any fast food restaurant. I placed a mobile order, arrived on time, and I went in and told the cashier I was there to pick up a mobile order. I stood there waiting for almost 30 minutes, and while I was waiting, I saw one of the employees being rude to a customer and complaining about another employee while at the front counter. When I finally did get my food, I checked it, and they put pickle on both of my Bird Dogs when I requested none, and the chicken tenders were also very tiny (no more than like 3 inches long.) I don’t think I want to go back to this Bojangles after this experience.

Where do I start, this place is completely filthy, drink and tea counter, the tubs they keep creamer in near the forks and spoons Were completely nasty. The floors look like they haven’t seen a mop in weeks, with black shoe prints and dirt, along with napkins and Other debris on the floors. The rims around the trash containers and ketchup and other stuff all over them and clearly have not been wiped down recent. there was not one table that was suitable to eat on unless the customer cleaned it first, which I seen two other couples cleaning their own table before they sit down. As good of a place this is to eat I cannot believe management don’t have any more concern about the appearance and cleaning this place. Maybe after reading this someone will do something about it. A total disgrace to Bojangles.
