The drive thru line was short and I got my order within 10 minutes of arrival. The cashier was quiet but hospitable. The food was average for Bojangles. The chicken could have been cooked a tad longer for my preference but it wasn't under cooked. Ill go back the next time I'm in the area and craving Bojangles.

The drive thru took to long so I went inside and it was an employee on the phone talking to someone about a car and ignored me and she was scratching her arm the whole time I turned and walked out.

Horrible experience! Would give zero stars if I could. We waited for 20 mins for someone to take our order when there was nobody else in line. When we finally got our food it was all wrong and they even charged us for someone’s else’s food!! Everyone has attitudes especially the drive thru lady. They don’t know what they are doing! They all seem clueless. Will not be back to this location.

They are soooooo slow. I have been in the drive through for 20 minutes. They hire the most unqualified people. The manager needs to be replaced. They always forget to give you girl, straw, dipping sauce. It’s a joke.

I got a 3 piece dinner meal and somebody took a bite out of my chicken leg!!!! Absolutely disgusting!! Will NEVER come back here again. I’ve never in my life had an experience like this before. I’m disgusted and the service is awful. The staff is rude 90 percent of them!! The manager was nice about it and gave me my money back but this was unacceptable! Will not return ever again!!! Beware when eating at this location. From the service to the food it’s went downhill terribly.

This has to be the worst Bojangles anywhere. They must have no management whatsoever. The line is very long and you’ve got one girl trying to take orders,get the food ready, and take care of customers on the floor. Waiting 15min and never took anyone’s order in line while you have three people in back standing looking at customers. Crazy … This is not the first time as it happens often and I have tried but no more .
