This was my very first visit to Bojangles, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly attitudes from the staff, which immediately made me feel welcome. The store itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, which is always a great first impression when trying out a new restaurant.
I was impressed by how organized everything was, from the counter area to the seating. The environment was inviting, and the service was both quick and efficient. Even though it was my first time, I felt completely comfortable ordering and asking questions.
Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely amazing! Everything I ordered was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the sides were just as delicious. I was also surprised by how many menu options there were. Whether you're in the mood for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there’s something for everyone. It’s clear that Bojangles takes pride in offering quality food with great variety.
All in all, I had a fantastic experience. Great service, clean environment, and amazing food. I’ll definitely be returning soon and recommending Bojangles to friends and family!

Ai takes your drive thru order & I couldn’t understand what it was saying. But the ppl inside didn’t seem very friendly / happy / idk what you’d say they was but they wasn’t polite.
Didn't want to go there this morning because I knew it was a possibility that I was going to get upset. Once again I was right. The employees look like they're in their late 30s, 40s and 50s with attitudes from hell. They shouldn't even be working there because it's plenty of teenagers who need jobs. Then they have the nerve to have an attitude working a piece job. I would literally do for volunteer work. Gave me a box of soggy chicken with cold hard fries. Playing with people money these days and times. They are going to get enough of playing with people.

Ordered biscuit and gravy at 4:30 pm through the drive through, nothing said until 20 mins of waiting to get to the window to be told “ we stop serving white gravy at 12:30”. This could’ve been said when ordered. Will not come back to this Bojangles.

I'm giving 1 star because I stopped by at 9 p.m. and was told you throw away your sides at 9. Who ever heard of a restaurant that doesn't serve their full menu till closing unless it's something your just out of. But they said policy states they toss the sides an hour before closing. Maybe you should just close the whole store at 9...just saying
