Three strikes and you’re out. You will NEVER get another dime of my money. This is the third time in a row with horrible service. From wrong orders, missing items and the wait for food.
Tonight I ordered a pizza and calzone, with a large tomato sauce on the side. They told me 15to 20 minutes. I got there in 25 and paid. They told me it would be a min or two. No problem.

I work 12 hour shift so I get to Bona at 8:25 I'm tired and hungry , then you tell me your open to 9:30 but the dinning room will be closed at 8:30 and it's 8:25 and there are people eating but we will need to ask the girl working the dinning room if we can eat ? HELL NO . Your dinning room is open to 8:30 and I NEED TO ASK IF I CAN EAT ? FORGET IT !!!!!! I WONT BE BACK.....

The waitress, Tracy, goes way beyond what is expected, and she is super friendly and just the sweetest. The lunch special stuffed shells, served with a side salad and bread for $11, is a decent price with a good size serving. Customers also enjoy the grilled taco chicken salad, which comes with homemade ranch and mild Buffalo sauce, and the seasoned chicken is great. Whenever a customer's daughter-in-law visits from NJ, she always gets their grilled chicken taco salad.
