Three strikes and you’re out. You will NEVER get another dime of my money. This is the third time in a row with horrible service. From wrong orders, missing items and the wait for food.
Tonight I ordered a pizza and calzone, with a large tomato sauce on the side. They told me 15to 20 minutes. I got there in 25 and paid. They told me it would be a min or two. No problem.
They asked me three times what I had.
They messed up the door dashes order while I was there. There were customers who had been waiting on their bills so long they were just heading to the register. They could not find slips for people. It was a shitshow.
It took 55 minutes to get my order. The whole time they were taking orders and telling people 15 mins. NO. Tell them 30 to 45.
The owner is going to argue with me on the large tomato sauce on the side I ordered. Never mind what I’m going to do with it. Just fill the order, smile and say thanks. Maybe I wanted to drink it. Either way, charge me and get me what I asked for.
I will never return. If you want a good pizza place in reidsville go to Elizabeth’s Pizza

Food and service is excellent!! The inside definitely needs updated for sure. Everything looks old and dirty. Walls, flooring,ceiling and bathrooms.

Picked up and order. Order side of fries and which I was charged $4.55 and received very little in the box. And on top of that ordered a small stromboli and it is burnt on the bottom. I normally love this place but for some reason, today was not thier day. I have never had not one thing bad to say. The girl at the register was very friendly and kind.

Came here the other day for lunch as my first time. Was seated quickly as well as served quickly. I ordered the lunch special stuffed shells. It came with a side salad and bread for $11. Decent price. Good size serving. I’m interested in coming back and trying something else.

This place is a SCAM! First of all the online pricing is NOT what they charge you when you go to pick up your order. My husband and I got a large New York Stromboli, broccoli chicken Alfredo, and the sampler platter and its was $50. The total should have been $38 with the online pricing. We get there and the person checking us out says the online pricing is wrong ( SO UPDATE IT!!?). The Alfredo sauce is clearly watered down and disgusting and the noodles were so overcooked every time I tried to take a bite they just broke, the “large” Stromboli is filled with a sad amount of deli meat and a single layer of cheese, and if you’re even thinking about the sample I hope 2 store bought chicken strips, 4 tiny onion rings, and 3 jalapeño poppers is what you’re looking for. You can clearly tell this place is doing everything they can to stretch the ingredients of their menu items (like watering down their Alfredo sauce!!!) to make more of a profit off people. This is nowhere near what I would call Italian food. We will never be eating here again and I would give negative stars if I could. As you can see most of their 5 star reviews are from YEARS ago. Dont let the reviews fool you. This place is terrible.
