I’ve been coming here since I was little. They have a waitress by the name of Tracy and she is PHENOMENAL. Goes way beyond what is expected and she’s super friendly and just the sweetest soul. Come eat here if you want amazing service and delicious Italian cuisine!

I have gotten food from here before and it's always been good This time I only ordered 3 different salads to go. I was disappointed because regardless of the salad (Greek, Cesar and side salad) The lettuce used was shredded iceburg lettuce.

One of the worst delivery and eating experiences of my life. I paid $20 for a tiny sandwich which was really not that good - very small amount of meat - and one of those tiny bags of chips. And the delivery guy was supposed to knock and hand me the meal but he just left it on concrete without even knocking. It sat out there for 10 minutes and I never got an alert on my phone. Too bad for Jimmy delivery guy I was gonna tip him when he handed me the food but didn’t get a chance to waste more money on this crappy food and service.

Three strikes and you’re out. You will NEVER get another dime of my money. This is the third time in a row with horrible service. From wrong orders, missing items and the wait for food.
Tonight I ordered a pizza and calzone, with a large tomato sauce on the side. They told me 15to 20 minutes. I got there in 25 and paid. They told me it would be a min or two. No problem.
They asked me three times what I had.
They messed up the door dashes order while I was there. There were customers who had been waiting on their bills so long they were just heading to the register. They could not find slips for people. It was a shitshow.
It took 55 minutes to get my order. The whole time they were taking orders and telling people 15 mins. NO. Tell them 30 to 45.
The owner is going to argue with me on the large tomato sauce on the side I ordered. Never mind what I’m going to do with it. Just fill the order, smile and say thanks. Maybe I wanted to drink it. Either way, charge me and get me what I asked for.
I will never return. If you want a good pizza place in reidsville go to Elizabeth’s Pizza
