Food was way over cooked. I mean way over cooked the cheese bites was hulled out not cheese in them at all and the okra was black. Both of our Burgers was burnt.

First of all, take the time to check your bag to make sure your order is complete. I did not, and they left my grandkids order off, which was a deficit of around eight dollars. But the money did not outweigh the disappointment of my grandchild, and the disappointment in which I felt, but not delivering something I had promised.The cookout in Reidsville has messed up my order numerous times and I should have learned my lesson by now to check my order. I think I will just start going back to Pete’s

Items we paid for and are listed on the receipt were not in the bag. How hard is it to make sure your employees check what is in the bag and what is on the receipt?

My dad recently visited Cook Out and had an experience worth sharing. He was helped by an employee named Crystal, who was absolutely outstanding. She greeted him with a big smile and a wonderful attitude, making him feel welcomed right away.
Crystal suggested the perfect items for him to order, and her recommendations made the meal even better. Despite sharing that she had recently lost her child, she still showed up with kindness, patience, and warmth in every interaction. Her strength and positive energy are inspiring, and it meant so much to see someone treating customers with such care even during a difficult time.

One of my meals was wrong. I ordered a Cajun chicken tray and got a plan chicken sandwich with no seasoning that was smaller then the bun. And 3 onion rings.
