I don't know what has happened as of late but the Cook Out in Reidsville NC had been messing up orders a lot lately. Wrong food, wrong customizations on food and missing food. Need to go back to when the place first opened and they were on target.

For the love of God! I ask for extra sauce in my chicken quesadilla every single time. I might get it 1 out of 10. I know it's petty, but why is this so hard?? If you don't ask for extra, it's dry af. They put nothing on it. I'm so frustrated that this one single request can't be granted. I know you probably pre- make them, but is it really that hard??? Do better.

At least 6/7 out of my last 10 orders have been incorrect. Take the time to check orders before you give them to the customer. Provide the phone number so that we can report the issue.
July 17, 2024 at 6:55 pm I just left and The Young girl with braid hair ponytail just took my order she don’t respect customer I was drive thru and she already have attitude on microphone already and I’m try be nice when I come in the door drive thru I told her please cook extra my spicy chicken Sandwhich she say okay and after that 1 min after I told her she gave me my food order so fast and then I open my chicken Sandwhich in middle inside is white and wet not cook all the way I ask her why the food still wet and why u don’t tell the person cook more why you do that to me and she was frozen act dump and say she don’t know and then she say hold on she close the door and then she open the door again I told her I need my money back I don’t need the food anymore and the manager come out I speak the same thing and I call my husband on speaker I told the manager this not right she was treat a customer like this the food is not cool I can get sick I need money back the manager was apologizing anyway I’m warning everybody this cook out you guys better watch out because u can get a poison food and go to the Hospital one day if the chicken or any meat not cook please guys be careful this place I wish I took the picture to show it. I’m been eating 14 years fast food never have bad experience like this I never like complain but people lazy don’t want to work anymore ?

I ordered the double burger tray made cheddar style with a side of chicken nuggets and French fries cookout sauce and ranch. Food was AMAZING! Prices were great. I got all of that my fiancé got a big tray as well and 2 others and we only paid 30 dollars! The portions were good as well. Staff was friendly and service was quick, got everything right in our order!
Kid-friendliness: They do offer a kids menu as well here with great options!

I went Thur the drive thru on 06/08/2024 And I gave them my order they asked me twice what I wanted and still got the order wrong. How do you make my burger wrong after you ask me twice. The food sucks

Amazing hot dogs hamburgers fries sides and shakes. And the grilled chicken sandwich is good too. And they have a lot of toppings for the food. This is the best hamburger and hot dog place.
