Apparently when you submit an issue via the app you may get a free pizza but they never inform the store so they can fix any issues. The last three or four times I've ordered a medium pan pizza it has been undercooked or toppings slid off in box. This time was the worst yet. The cheese was all in the center of the pizza and I could see raw dough. So I removed all of the toppings and this is what was underneath, absolute Raw dough. I put it in my oven to try to cook it more but it was just a disaster so it was thrown out to the deer. I called the store to discuss the issue and possible solutions and asked that they test the same Pizza to see what they're doing wrong. The manager was very rude, just kept saying she would give me a free pizza, didn't want to hear what I had to say, then suggested that I use the app and put in the notes that I need the pizza well done. Boy was that a shock! I have to now tell you to cook my pizza completely? I will not be ordering from this location again. Sad because I really enjoyed their food but it's gone downhill.

Briana and her staff tonight were very pleasant! They all greeted me when I walked in. As a former dominoes GM, i was very impressed with how respectful and efficient they were. And my food was fresh and amazing!

Frist of all, I am regular customer that ALWAYS tips the delivery driver AT LEAST $10. I am so disappointed tonight. I tried to place an online order and it was saying that an error occured over and over. so I called the store and got the automated system. placed an ordered, got my total, and estimated delivery time. The automated lady said, Thank you, Maria and it disconnected. I order late due to work schedule. I waited and the order never came. I called back they said there was no order placed. Of course, it was closing time so NO food after a long hard workday. I am extremely frustrated! if you choose to use an automated system for your customers to use, you need to make sure it works!!!!!!!!

Order tracker said my order was complete before employee came to window. She told me it was in oven and would be a few minutes. It took 7-10 minutes. Bottom box didn't feel hot. I mentioned it to her. She stated it just came out the oven which was not true. I had to go home and heat my pizza up in the oven. I wouldn't give any stars if I could. I will never return to this establishment. I will drive to Eden Dominos before I would ever come back there.

If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely would. This business and their staff have no sense of time management or common courtesy to be able to run a business effectively and efficiently. I ordered my husband and I’s dinner at 8:30pm on a Sunday expecting it to take 30 maybe 45 minutes to get it delivered. Nope, it took them almost 2.5 hours, 4 phone calls (2 of which I was hung up on) to the restaurant, and me driving to the place to get my food all for it to be ICE COLD. The gentleman I dealt with at the window apologized but it was the most generic and the most unempathetic excuse for an apology. To the owner and manager(s) of this location; do better. This is the most sorry excuse for a pizza location I’ve ever been to.
I've never had anything bad to say about this place my pizza has always been top tier. Always has even toppings. Never overcooked or anything. Never even a drop of crust left in the box. But my last order when I used points and ordered it was like they just tossed it together. The middle of the pizza was missing cheese and sauce. I would think the quality wouldn't change just because I'm using points I earned. But I love this place so hopefully my next experience is different.
