Frist of all, I am regular customer that ALWAYS tips the delivery driver AT LEAST $10. I am so disappointed tonight. I tried to place an online order and it was saying that an error occured over and over. so I called the store and got the automated system. placed an ordered, got my total, and estimated delivery time. The automated lady said, Thank you, Maria and it disconnected. I order late due to work schedule. I waited and the order never came. I called back they said there was no order placed. Of course, it was closing time so NO food after a long hard workday. I am extremely frustrated! if you choose to use an automated system for your customers to use, you need to make sure it works!!!!!!!!

I have the best experience today with Domino's I have been craving Domino's Pizza for over 2 months which my fiance prefers Papa John's I ordered today and Makayla assisted me and was very polite & professional ? she had my order in out and to me in no time and it was absolutely the best I will definitely be coming back soon.

I wish I could give negative stars! My family and I are completely disgusted with Domino's Pizza in Reidsville. They went from being a great family place to somewhere I wouldn't recommend to absolutely anyone. The food has taken a turn for the worst. Unless you like cockroaches on your food. The manager is a horrible example of what a manager should be. She's has on multiple occasions said disrespectful things about her staff members so all could hear. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I ordered pickup. Went through the drive thru and was told 3 minutes and I should wait outside and they would bring it. 10 minutes later I walked in and it was cold. When I got home, my spinach feta breadwinner had no cheese at all. My extravaganza had very little cheese when I paid for extra cheese. Very angry. Big waste of time and money.
