9 adults & 2 children. One plate had a partial rubber glove in it. No one could eat any more of their meal. It was sickening!!! Our restitution was an $5.00 coupon on a $100+ bill. Very disappointing!

The taco loco (little secret bc it's not on the menu) is always my go-to, but the Texas Nachanos is excellent too! Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because they charge for EVERYTHING! Cheese dip price keeps increasing and asking for extra cheese is an upcharge.
My Flautas ( crispy rolled tacos with chicken) were soggy completely covered is browning soggy lettuce and so much clumping crema ( at least my guess what it was) I couldnât believe the brown lettuce who thought that was OK??? Then I got to my California Burrito and it said mole and cheese sauce on top. There was zero cheese sauce, none and that is a bad sign. I cut into it 3/4 of the filling was CREMA, it had some beans and some steak. It had a disgusting amount of the clumpy cream that had a texture of ricotta, not pleasant for a burrito. I noticed they changed the red suave they called MOLE to something that resembles real mole but I wanted their enchilada sauce that they previous pawned off as mole, at least the used cheese sauce and real cheese inside. I am guess crema is a really cheep filler. I will take the trip to San Carlos in Greensboro NC, I donât know who these guys are cooking for but this version of the meal was very white washed with â sour creamâ I should have went to Taco Bell and ate ground beef tacos with packaged sauce. I didnât eat any of my meal. So that was a waste of my money

Hello audience it is me Andrew lamb back at again with another awesome review.!! We're in Northern North Carolina for an ultimate frisbee tournament we had just finished day one of our tournament we wanted to have a celebratory team dinner as we perform well day one and well we decided to pick El Parral to have fun with our brothers for one last time. As soon as you walked in we were met with the smiling faces and smiling eyes of the waitresses and Waiters they eagerly greeted us to our seats and it culminated our large group of over 20 people. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming as a TV was playing the lighting was amazing and we loved all the decor. Sometimes I remember back to my childhood when everything was perfect and there was no stress and I could just enjoy and be happy and eat my food this establishment brought me back to those days. If I lived here I would come back to this location over and over again as his franchise has met and exceeded my expectations in terms of the food and the service. I ordered the Pollo con chorizo. It was very filling and satisfying I would definitely recommend in order it again. Thanks for reading my review and your lam signing off for the night I highly recommend this establishment to any Mexican food lovers and those who like to partake in a breathtaking experience.
