Very average taste with very little Mexican flavor. The portions were good but for over $50 I was expecting a bit more Mexican flavor.

Service over the phone was great!!! I order queso barrios and an arroz con pollo totaling to $30. I couldn’t eat the barrios so I sampled the acp. Both plates tasted Americanized. Unfortunately, El caporal taqueria is closed on Mondays. I will just wait next time instead.

We come here to get takeout once every few weeks. At first, the food here was rather delicious, but lately, there has not been enough consistency. The hamburger will often have no flavor leaving us not really wanting to finish our meals. This restaurant was our 2nd choice after Monterrey fell short of our expectations. It may be a little while before we give this place another chance.

Overall food is the best part. We come here often. But each time and just about every time no one ever comes to check on us and we just sit and wait in hopes that someone will at least give us a check. We went today and our waitress was nice but once we got our food we never saw her again. So I never got a refill. There was only 2 soft tacos where my husband had 3, and finally after over 15 minutes we just asked Random waitress to get our check.
