The staff had problems communicating with each other, there was no flow from making sandwiches to paying for them. The sandwich its self was outstanding! Everything tasted so fresh, I will definitely be going back

Outstanding Service – A Truly Great Experience!
I arrived at Jersey Mike’s just before closing — around 8:58 PM — and, assuming they were already closed, I began to walk away. To my surprise, the manager came outside, kindly flagged me down, and let me know they were still open and happy to take my order.
I was genuinely impressed by the level of hospitality and willingness to serve, even so close to closing time. I tried to place my order quickly out of respect for their time, but the staff encouraged me to take my time and assured me there was no rush. Their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out.
I don’t typically go to Jersey Mike’s, but after this experience, I’ll absolutely be choosing it over other sandwich shops moving forward. Exceptional customer service like this deserves to be recognized.

Ordered extra onions, still a minimal amount could barely taste them. Restaurant is usually cleaner than it was today. Tons of flies around trash inside restaurant, maybe should be emptied more frequently.
