The food is really fresh and delicious! I'm not sure if the employees can hear when customers order but I spoke clearly and ordered a Cheesesteak with mushrooms and onions. When I got home I opened my order and I received a chicken steak with mushroom & onions. Not what I wanted but I ate it. Not worth the hassle of returning it.

The buffalo chicken sub, #44 is the best! You can customize it however you want too, with no blue cheese!

I placed my order online and it was wrong as usual. I didn’t want to complain to the staff so I’m coming here to write a review. I paid for double meat and didn’t receive it on the sandwich, I asked for oil and vinegar on the side but of course they put it on the sandwich, I asked for light mustard and mayo but of course mustard was everywhere. I arrived at 11:45am and it was not busy on the inside (no one was in line). I seem to have issues ordering online at multiple locations. Maybe go inside instead of order online? The entire point of ordering online is for convenience… I enjoy the subs but I’m just not sure if Jersey Mikes is worth it anymore. Not looking for anything free or trying to bash the staff, just wanted to give an honest review.

The employees were awesome! They are very friendly and provide excellent service with a smile! Awesome job guys keep of the great work! Subs were very fresh and delicious with plenty of toppings. Highly recommend this Jersey Mike's!

Food is always great. But everything I order online or in store it takes forever. Placed and online order said it would be ready at 6:35 arrived at 6:45 not ready. Didn't get my order until 715. They need to state when the order is actually going to be ready and not make people come early and wait for nothing.
