Ordered extra onions, still a minimal amount could barely taste them. Restaurant is usually cleaner than it was today. Tons of flies around trash inside restaurant, maybe should be emptied more frequently.

The food is really fresh and delicious! I'm not sure if the employees can hear when customers order but I spoke clearly and ordered a Cheesesteak with mushrooms and onions. When I got home I opened my order and I received a chicken steak with mushroom & onions. Not what I wanted but I ate it. Not worth the hassle of returning it.

The buffalo chicken sub, #44 is the best! You can customize it however you want too, with no blue cheese!
I placed my order online and it was wrong as usual. I didn’t want to complain to the staff so I’m coming here to write a review. I paid for double meat and didn’t receive it on the sandwich, I asked for oil and vinegar on the side but of course they put it on the sandwich, I asked for light mustard and mayo but of course mustard was everywhere. I arrived at 11:45am and it was not busy on the inside (no one was in line). I seem to have issues ordering online at multiple locations. Maybe go inside instead of order online? The entire point of ordering online is for convenience… I enjoy the subs but I’m just not sure if Jersey Mikes is worth it anymore. Not looking for anything free or trying to bash the staff, just wanted to give an honest review.
