Went to the Reidsville KFC.. something I usually swear off since the customer service is always hit or miss and the food is usually not that great but decided to give it another try. They were out of about everything that I wanted so I settled on a 3 piece chicken tenders (if you can count them as whole tenders) and fries. The worst $8 Ive spent in awhile. COLD, HARD chicKen tenders and fries and the tea had been sitting out for bout 3 hours too long! NASTY! They should be ashamed to sell that quality of food! I could’ve broken a tooth on those chicken tenders!

We had a timed order @4pm, went into KFC at 3:30, only for everything to be cold and the chicken tenders to be frozen and hardly cooked. Thats just wrong.

I woke from a nap really wanting EXTRA crispy KFC...i knew this location sucks as my past visits always had issues but it has been years. So lets give it another try..off the bat Im told we have No extra crispy. something about only one oven? I should've driven away. Then biscuits will be another 7 Minutes should've cancelled order..i wait maybe 5 minutes they bring food to car..i check bag and NO biscuits. I drive back to the window and she was very apologetic and handed me a box. I get home and have 4 smushed UNDER cooked biscuits I have to cook in my oven. 😱😫 the chicken had no KFC flavor it was weird. The sides were the best part..next time I'll just do Bojangles. Lesson learned for sure. You have been warned😂😂

The skin on my chicken was not crispy but soggy and the quality of chicken was poor. My chicken thigh had a lot of fat. The 3 piece chicken tenders were tiny compared to other fast food restaurants for the price. The biscuit in my daughters meal was still raw in the middle but mine was fully cooked so I don't know what happened. I rarely eat at KFC So maybe they were having a bad day?

Im black and i really hate going to restaurants with a all black staff cause u will always get a attitude from one of them and your order will never be complete this kfc used the be my favorite spot now I hate it

Where do I start, I went through the drive-thru, I thought it should be quick since no cars were there, man was I wrong. I paid for my order and was asked to pull to the front. I waited about 20 minutes for straight garbage. I got to my spot before I realized she did not give me my bottled water. When I opened my food up I was so disappointed I just said forget it. I took a bite of the chicken and became nausea. For this the be one of the biggest chicken chains in the world they really need to do better. I’m not sure if this is franchise or corporate, someone needs to get quality control in there fast and really focus on management there. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with KFC. If this KFC thinks it’s ok to serve food like this, it needs to be shutdown.

The biscuits were perfect like they usually are, I think there might have been one time that the biscuits were burnt (unlike Bojangles in Reidsville who tends to have nothing but burnt biscuits)

I loved the famous Nashville HOT BOWLS AND THEY Discontinued those mfkers and I’m so pissed I just went through drive through and they told me they canceled it and they just lost a costumer
