My experience was 4 time and you out. I stood on my feet for over an hour today waiting, I wasn't the only one. They cook the chicken and burn it up! What happen to the timer? And the next was cook it was all sent out the window. So many people standing. 7 time out of 10 you going to have to pull to the side until chicken finally get though cooking. In that amount of time people can buy their own and cook it at home. I just don't have anything nice to say about Reidsville NC KFC. Am so sorry I had to post this. My feets still hurts from standing there so long after work.

My first issue, with this KFC location, began when I attempted to call in a Pick-Up order.
The phone rang almost 20 times before an exasperated employee answered.
Her tone led me to believe that I was bothering her, somehow, when I asked to place my order. She replied with, “No, but, you can do it online”, before she hung up on me.
Since I had a coupon, I decided to just stop in, and place my order in person, instead.
Upon arriving, there were no customers, except for one car, in the Drive-Thru lane. It STILL took them 15 mins to approach the counter, and take my order.
I ordered a 12 piece Family Meal.
The food was mostly adequate (small, undercooked biscuits, dry slaw, 2 overcooked pieces of chicken) for the most part, but, their service leaves a lot to be desired.
If you’re looking for KFC, in this area, try the Eden location, instead.

Parking: The Parking Lot is relatively small, but, adequate.

Took 40 minutes to pick up our online order. They were not busy, and I stood at the register for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The three employees were in the back talking. They didn't even know of my order. We didn't get our sweet tea, or any of the sauces we ordered. And the new "saucy nuggets" were just plain nuggets. All our chicken had a burnt taste to it.

Chicken was ok. Window girl told me food would be ready in five minutes. To wait in the parking area. 15 minutes later she brought me about $30 worth of food. I ordered 2 one piece breasts with slaw and potatoes. I took the food in and told them I got the wrong order. They gavee a one order not two. Never going there again.

Im not sure who thought the male with the dreads hairdo was a good fit for the drive thru window, or any place in this establishment dealing with the general public tbh...but he'll probably be one of the reasons why this place gets bad reviews. terrible customer service. terrible attitude...perhaps he thinks he's too cute to do the job. no greeting when i approached the window. no utensils. no napkins. incomplete order.no receipt. part of my order was half-cooked (the other part was never entered in the register to be prepared). no apology. i'll never visit this place again...it definitely ain't no chik-fil-a?‍??

Everything in this Kentucky Fried Chicken was excellent. The place was clean. The people are happy, go lucky Willin to help you. The food was excellent. Definitely be going back to there again.This needs to be a role model store for all the rest of the KFC's..

I was running late and stop by this evening to pick up some chicken. The manager Stephanie there was extremely sweet and kind. She was very friendly and this place needs more people like her.I will surly be coming back

Customer service is awful. Drive thru girl got mad at me for trying to order three separate orders (small ones) and said she’d only do two. So I agreed, then when I got to the window, the girl was clearly irritated and said “hold on”, only coming back to the window saying “people be ignorant as hell.” I’d be mad if I had to work at KFC, too, but learn some common decency. I’ll be damned if I ever go back here again.

Horrible service every time you go in no one acknowledges you’re at the front. Asked if it was faster to just go through drive-thru and was told it was going to be another 7 minutes.
