I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered online and paid. Then I picked up the pizza which is about 25 min from the house. When I got home I found my pepperoni EMB was missing and they gave me a sausage instead for another customer . I called and no one answered. I called back and told them they gave me the wrong pizza. She said bring it back and they would remake it. I said I’m 25 min away , so she said bring it back tomorrow and I’ll remake it . I told her o was not going to bring it back because we are stuck eating it and she owes me a pizza. She hung up on me. That is not customer service or problem resolution! Earlier in the conversation she said she was the manager.

They forgot to include the sauce , that I had to pay for, for the ice. The store didn't want to do anything except for blame it on the door dash. And told me I could come and pick it up. After giving the driver a tip and paying there service fee for the delivery.

What can I say about Little Caesars that hasn't already been said? ?The Reidsville location is both clean, and well kept.The service is great, although, I usually order ahead, and pick up my food from one of the Self Serve Oven/Lockers, which is super convenient.I got 3 pizzas, and, they were all great EXCEPT for one pretty important thing.There were no corrugated, cardboard, box inserts placed under the pizzas, to prevent them from sticking to the exterior box.Luckily, I picked up the order quickly, and, had a spatula handy, or, I would've had to return them.Other than that, I had a good experience with this location.Parking: This location is located in a Strip Mall, so, there is adequate parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped Parking Spaces are available.The Store is Handicap Accessible.

Their base 5.55 pizza tastes like some easy bake oven playdoh pretend food. But, ordering a pie on my phone and retrieving it from a computer controlled vending machine is the best. That's living in the future, people. The Detroit pizza reheats in the air fryer in 6 minutes. Comes out better than it left the store. Stuffed crust with buffalo ranch is pretty banging as well.

This is the lowest quality pizza place I have ever seen. The sauce is served cold, sometimes frozen. Been several times and always have missing items from my order. Every time I have to argue what I order was not received. Its frustrating dealing with the staff here and leave with unresolved issues. Poor service.
