My order was not only wrong but items were replaced without consent with things we didn’t even want/ CANNOT EAT. The drive through was wrapped around the ENTIRE TIME. One of the employees in a yellow hoodie was standing outside on the phone smoking staring at people coming in the entire time. The lady who brought it Didn’t even bother to make sure we had what we needed or even LET US KNOW OF THE SUBSTITUTION. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE make sure to triple check before you leave.

Its McDonald's, double drive through, short wait times, burgers are normal, fries are usually hot, parking is kind of a pain, as well as the curb pulling in. Nice staff.

The one good thing I will say is it seems they dropped some of their prices recently. I know the 10pc Nugget Combo was over $11 at one point, and now it’s back under $10. The atmosphere is typical of a McDonalds. Not like any Victoria Secret models are coming into a McDonalds to eat. The service is so and so. Sometimes you’ll go in there and have to wait 15 minutes before someone comes to take your order. The store may look nicer since the remodeling, but the food quality is no where near it used to be.

The prices are stuck in covid era, gas is going down so are taxes, and their prices are the same. 2 cheeseburgers 1plain 1 drink, 12 dollars, never again. This is for the one on 87 not scales street.. But I am sure they both charge the same.

Made an online order for just nuggets and fries. Simple right? Well all three fries are half full and half cooked and some of the nuggets were hard. I tried to call and was placed on hold and forgot about. Hung up after 10mins only to continue to call and the line to be busy because they forgot about it.

I understand yalls dining closes at 10. But why tell a customer they can sit and eat inside just for you to run them out while they are still eating . Again I understand yall have things to take care of. But if someone comes in late maybe yall should recommend to go instead of saying it’s okay to sit and eat inside.

I’m writing to bring attention to an extremely serious and unacceptable incident that occurred on May 9th involving two employees, Michael and Kia, at the Scales Street McDonald’s location. My daughter was involved in a verbal altercation at this store, which escalated far beyond anything that should ever happen in a customer service environment. Shockingly, later that day, both Michael and Kia showed up at our home looking for her.
As a parent and a professional in regional management within the service industry myself, I find this behavior completely inexcusable. Once I learned the full scope of what occurred earlier that day from my daughter, I was both disturbed and disappointed. This goes well beyond poor customer service — it crosses into harassment and intimidation.
I am urging McDonald’s management to take immediate corrective action against the individuals involved. I am also formally documenting that we will be pressing charges in response to this incident.
Customer safety, professionalism, and brand reputation must be upheld at every level, and this behavior simply cannot be tolerated.
