Not even acknowledge that you're there just tried to get a breakfast sandwich stood there for 10 to 15 minutes ended up having to leave without my breakfast sandwich

This is the greatest mcdonalds i have visited in a long time . As soon as you step inside the store the staff is there to greet you and they know if you did not come in they would not be there . As soon as you place your order with them and not on the self serve they are making it and in no time flat your food is in your hand and you are back on the road.

Consistently slow. Ordering takes ages because employees are far more worried about goofing off than providing fast service. Location has a taped to the door saying use the self serve kiosk for faster service.

I travel between Greensboro and Danville for work. I've stopped at this McDonald's multiple times over the past two years. Each time I've been severely disappointed. It's a 50/50 chance that the food will even be edible. Last time I stopped there I received a sausage McMuffin that was so stale the English muffin was as hard as a hokey puck, 30 minutes after they opened for breakfast. I've received wrong orders, missing food orders, food that made my family ill, and the staff is uncaring and looks to be more interested in socializing with each other that serving food that's even in the ballpark of good.

Hey, I realize this is a McDonald's. I'm not asking for Michelin star food, just something edible.

Without a doubt, this is the worst McDonald's in a 200 mile radius. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs. Your GI tract will thank me.

The manager with the glasses is very disrespectful and needs to be fired and this is the 2nd time that he has been disrespectful to me so I will be taking my business elsewhere so I hope he sees this and that he has been reported to corporate and he will be loosing his job

I travel for work and end up in Reidsville at least once a week. My job is overnight so my food options are very limited so I've gotten food here several times. If you can avoid this McDonalds do so. Another McDonald's is only 3miles away and it's always packed because people actively avoid this location (McDonald's at LOVES).

McDonald’s really dropped the ball today. Ordered a mocha frappe and somehow received a complete mess instead. The cup was sticky, whipped cream smeared everywhere, and chocolate drizzle dripping down the sides like it had been through a blender after being served. It looked rushed, sloppy, and honestly unappetizing. If you’re charging for specialty drinks, the least you can do is make them look like they weren’t thrown together in a hurry. Cleanliness and presentation matter — this was disappointing.

I'm not sure what is complex about a 20 piece nugget 2 fries, mcchicken and cheeseburger. It should take NO WHERE near 32 minutes for that order. In the event that it does...the food shouldn't be even remotely close to cold or wrong. NO salt literally means no salt but reading isn't fundamental here.
