I love pizza, but I didn't know reading and understanding instructions was that hard! I wanted square cut slices but instead got skinny regular slices what is that ?? Yall need to do better plus the attitude when I walked in was lacking badly.

ordered 2 ten piece wings and a large pizza. asked for ranch sauce, bacon and chicken and received jalapeños and chicken instead. the man who answered the phone was nice about it though.

Normally they are great. On this visit I walk in with no greetings. I did notice the phone ringing. Was not sure if he saw me but after a few minutes go by I called out hello. The gentleman pop out kinda rudely said I was on the phone. Told him that I didn't know of he saw me. I understand that orders from the phone are important but just taking time out hey I be right with you goes a long way. The gentleman never give a time on the order just went back to making pizzas. When I returned it was gentleman talking to each other still no greeting. But overall the food was good.

Half the pizza was unsliced,papadia was excessively loaded with onions, Mariner sauce was left out,and the manager made me feel like it was bothering him to ring up my order and wouldn't hand me my order, drop it on the counter and said there it is. Never going to this location again ?

A year ago I left a 5 star review in every service area. Tonight, I'm leaving 1 star because I had to, to post. I ordered over 2 hours ago, and I paid for it. I call to find out what is going on, I'm told to call customer service. Customer service didn't call me before they took my money. I've been a loyal customer to this location for years.... not again, and everyone in my neighborhood will hear about my experience, as well.
