When I ordered it was super easy. Got to the location, was a very nice location, clean and very friendly staff. I was informed I was missing a pizza which took 7 mintues to get. The only issue I had was I was missing my sauce that I ordered about 5 dollars worth. Customer service handled it nicely and gave me 10 dollar store credit the next time I go to this location, which I truly love. They are one of the best locations I have went to.keep up the great work.

I ordered my pizza after work at 5:30 I got to drive threw at 5:45pm and a car was in front of me I guess they ordered insteed of them telling them to drive around I wait 20 more minutes mind you I ordered at 5:30 so called ask was my pizza ready that I was behind the car that was sitting there who just ordered finally he told her to drive around I got home my pizza was terrible cold and just want good .I want be going back any time soon.

Time to update the review on Pizza Hut. My wife and I used to make a weekly habit of getting a take out 5 topping pizza. No more. Unfortunately, the quality and taste of the Pizza has fallen off a cliff since covid.
Noteworthy is the peperoni which has the off putting flavor and consistency of the cheapest meat you can buy. Your taste buds are left with the lingering question of, is this real food? In addition, Pizza hut has improved meat slicing technology to the point that they cut the peperoni so thin that you can about see through it.
With that, and the salad bar having gone through some rough times too, we have not been to the Pizza Hut in over a year.

Ordered delivery for son's birthday bc I'm too sick to drive. Half order missing and stone cold food. Order of fries was literally 8 fries. So I spent $94 for 2 pizzas, a cookie and some fries.

I placed a take out order a whole hour an 30mins before they closed it never came I called the store an a asshole name Walter picked up the phone an said he canceled my order because they had no one to bring it ..not my problem but I offered to pick it up myself he then said he couldn't do that cause of some bs story about not being able to change it in the computer I then asked well if I can't pick it up what are you going to do with it he said throw it away or put it in the freezer for tomorrow, so I guess they been selling reheated pizza at this location Walter said he was the manager after I ask to speak to the manager he is rude nasty an has no customer service an obviously they are reheating pizza at his location I advise anyone that orders from there to NOT cause your pizza may not be fresh, I will be calling corporate in the morning to let them know why this locations business is failing.
Called this morning an Kathy made things right she listened an was very empathic so glad she has taking over this location

I love a Pizza Hut. In my town it is a take out/delivery one. I love walking in sitting down at an actual restaurant.

2025-March: We came to Pizza Hut on Sunday afternoon for the first time in several months. We were so wonderfully surprised. This restaurant has done a great turnaround. We are so impressed with the quality of the food and the level of service. So totally different from our last visit. The salad bar and pizza buffet was in full operation. Great choices. Kudos to the new management. Can't wait to come back!

I ordered a thin and crispy crust. Tasted fine but it was like eating a pizza cracker. I'll gets different crust next time . There seemed to be some confusion getting the order, although it was correct, I picked the pizza up at the drive through which was very convenient and the main reason I'll go back.
