Not many pizza huts have buffets since the pandemic but this one does still and it always pleases each time I go here for the buffet. For an affordable price and a variety of pizza and salad options, it's perfect for lunch. Not only the food is great, the employees, notably Shanti and Brandi, go the extra mile to attend to customers.

Went after dark, parking lot was super dim, inside was so dim I thought they were closed. Boneless chicken was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Employees didn’t acknowledge customers at all. Ordered bread sticks and the sauce cup came only like a 1/4 full of sauce.

I guess this is what we call taking pride in our job? On top of our order not being ready when it was promised. People ordering at a window when it plainly says you can’t do that, which resulted in my family having to physically go in store to get our order instead of being able to use the drive thru because it took 20+ mins and we still weren’t able to get to the window. Very dissatisfied.

Made my purchase $27.81 yesterday. Then my card was charged $5 more today. Like I had left a tip. Definitely did not leave a tip. Waiting to hear back from corporate as to why I was charged the extra $5 on a different day. Will update once concern is addressed. Corporate reached out, said they were looking into it. Requested a copy of my receipt.

Total skimp on toppings. Ordered a personal pan with pepperoni and mushrooms. Barely any cheese, and literally 3 pepperonis and 2 mushrooms… I basically paid for bread and sauce. Total fail, and I do not recommend.

I’d give 0 stars on this place wife called ordered few pizzas and wings finished up hung up wife forgets to pay with card so calls right back first off she was put on hold for 20 mins so I tell her to hang up and pay when they get here … pizza arrived by door dash I’m like I ordered right from the store drive didn’t have change so I called the store back girl said well we can’t take payment for door dash I’m like I ordered right from you so I have to run to the store to get change if I knew that I should have just gotten it myself so cold pizza and 58.15 dollars later Pizza Hut is trash
I don't know why, it seems like the pizza hut here in Reidsville and Madison are poorly managed. This location need help with only 3 employees working on Friday lunch. Same thing happened in Madison, 2 years ago. I guess the manager or owner just don't care. I don't recommend this location here in Reidsville.

When I ordered it was super easy. Got to the location, was a very nice location, clean and very friendly staff. I was informed I was missing a pizza which took 7 mintues to get. The only issue I had was I was missing my sauce that I ordered about 5 dollars worth. Customer service handled it nicely and gave me 10 dollar store credit the next time I go to this location, which I truly love. They are one of the best locations I have went to.keep up the great work.

I ordered my pizza after work at 5:30 I got to drive threw at 5:45pm and a car was in front of me I guess they ordered insteed of them telling them to drive around I wait 20 more minutes mind you I ordered at 5:30 so called ask was my pizza ready that I was behind the car that was sitting there who just ordered finally he told her to drive around I got home my pizza was terrible cold and just want good .I want be going back any time soon.
