My food was obviously just slung into the container as food bits were all over the inside. I had to tear it open to pry the food apart from the paper. My drink looked weird when I picked it up and it has none of the flavoring that I ordered. Why am I paying more for a certain drink when it's not what they make? Also, why does no one acknowledge the presence of customers when they walk in? Is everyone working there just sullen? Starbucks is on the door but that's not the quality of food or service provided.

Reidsville's Newest Caffeine Fix: Starbucks is Here!

Reidsville, rejoice! The siren song of Starbucks has finally reached our sleepy little town. And let me tell you, it’s a siren song worth heeding. The new Starbucks is a latte of a welcome addition.

The moment you step inside, you're greeted by the familiar aroma of coffee beans and the friendly faces of baristas who seem genuinely excited to be there. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a quick caffeine fix or a leisurely afternoon with a good book.

I tried the classic Caramel Macchiato, and let's just say, it was a latte love at first sip. The balance of sweet and bitter was spot on, and the foam was so fluffy, I could have eaten it by the spoonful. The food options are also top-notch, from the usual suspects like pastries and breakfast sandwiches to healthier choices like salads and fruit cups.

So, if you're in Reidsville and need a caffeine boost or just a place to hang out, be sure to check out the new Starbucks. It's a latte of fun!

I have had nothing but great experiences with this starbucks!! I stop by every morning before heading to work and Carley is the best! She always has a positive attitude and gives the best service! I usually go through the drive-thru and most all of the workers say hi when I come through!! Love this facility and the people❤️

Edit: Upgraded my rating to 5 stars because they got the purée in a while ago.

Simply giving this location 3 stars because this has been the only Starbucks I have been to that can't make the Strawberries and Cream frappe. Everything else was good, got our order in a timely fashion and the young woman who checked us out even recommended another drink for me to try. (It was ok but I was pleased that she did that.) Had no issues with any rude staff, and place was clean. Will probably return. And hopefully they start getting the strawberry purée in so I can start getting my favorite drink there. Hate driving further away just to go to another location..

Extremely slow even if in drive thru. They say they don't have the ingredients for drinks this is the third time I go and they don't have stuff to make the Strawberry acai refresher..last time they didn't have items to make dragonfruit refresher...

I usually have great experiences at Starbucks’ but this was the only one that I’ve taken the time to write a negative review. The girl who took my order was very rude and they were out of almost all the food options. Then they got my drink order wrong. They also had closed their dining area due to short staff and only had the drive thru open which doesn’t really make much sense in the first place, but also they had plenty of people working… just seemed lazy
