The service here SUCKED. I came here twice and the girl (don’t know her name) but she had piercings and colored hair maybe green ?VERY RUDE YOUNG LADY I told her she got my size wrong and just said ” you got charged for the medium size” which I couldve paid for a venti so I thought she was gonna change my size but just said “okay have a nice day” full of sarcasm like okay rude? I see y’all are hiring…. Starbucks hiring team please hire people who will have good attitude and don’t hate their job ;)

I truly dislike a place that is so “inclusive” only their radical ideology flag is flown. Ideology aside, with 5 workers, only one of which is slowly making orders & several people waiting for their order, the work ethic is on par for this type of establishment. We only stopped on a road trip and I had no choice otherwise I would have never gone.
10:10, they close at 10. i just wanted my iced pumpkin cream chai. if you close at 10, why you still there? why can’t you serve me? just wanted that cream chai. 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

I went to the one on freeway drive, thinking that I was going to be open because that's what the app. And that's what Google Maps says that it is open at 430, but it is actually not. It is, they say it's open at 6, someone over the intercom. At the one in ratesville said that they close at 11 and reopen at 6 AM. So you guys might want to change the hours that are on the app and google maps, I was really looking forward to getting something, but obviously it wasn't meant to be

Came in @ 6:30 am 7/5/25 and ordered a Vanilla Cap. And noticed the girl was on the store headset @ 6:30 talking to friends. I could hear the conversation was personal. When I got to work and passed out the coffees they were all wrong, and no Vanilla flavor. Drove back to Starbucks and a different girl made it right. I knew when I had trouble communicating with her I should have tried the drink before I got to work. I see all the negative reviews and even reply’s from managers. Why isn’t the manager here on site, instead of sending messages to direct us to a different internet site.

Very rude young girls that run the drive thu. Never no smiles and demeanor is just awful. If you don't like your job get out of there and let someone else have it. You girls make the experience worthless concerning the coffee is already pricey.

Ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino and it was literally milk with whip cream on top. NO FLAVOR AND JUST LIQUID! Ridiculous!!! Should have gotten it when I was in Greensboro, but trying to support hometown ☹️. However the lady at the drive thru showed great customer service.
pretty darn good quad shots, no lid issues this time & the volume of crunch in my caramel was gr8.

My debit card kept declining even though everything was ok and Katherine, a Starbucks employee, paid for my food. So thankful for people like her!
I have never had an issue with this location. The morning staff is wonderful. My drink is always right and they are always smiling and friendly even if it is 445am in the morning.
This Starbucks location struggles to get an order right. It appears to me that either the Barista’s here have their own styles and preferences or the customization options of Starbucks have reached a new level. Either way, the results for me the last few times have led to unexpected results.
Today I ordered a breve and got a “hot coffee” cup 1/2 filled with cold half and half that was dumped into my espresso. When I politely asked about why my drink was cold, the barista, who was busy and appeared frustrated, told me I had to order it steamed. Until now, a breve had always been made with espresso and steamed half-and-half. I do appreciate that he offered to make me another one, but at that point I couldn’t wait for another drink.
I am posting so customers know they may need to explain in detail what they want even with staple coffee drinks that now appear to be up for reinterpretation. Personally, I think customization should have its limits.
