Great place
Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Jersey Mike’s. I don’t know what has happened to this subway . They have no toaster and opened at 8 but at 10 still not ready to serve food and some of stuff They advertise on their board they don’t even have. There was one guy doing all the work. I sure hope the owner of this place gets it fixed cause I really enjoyed eating here.
Management needs to be replaced, the people working there look like they lost the will to live, no toaster, how is that even possible when yall offer toasted subs

Subways getting a little expensive for what it is. Still worth with coupons though.
Made me stand in line for 15 minutes then when I ordered my footlong cold cut they started making it then said they didn't have cold cut meat so then ask me what else I wanted I didn't know because I always get a cold cut so I let someone else go ahead of me while i.look at the menu the found something else the Beast sub he started making it then ask if I was using a coupon I said yes and he said I couldn't for that sub so ask me to pick something else I left and I Am pissed if you didn't have the meat for my sub the You should have let me use my coupon not have me looking at the menu for 10 minutes something needs to be done.
Customer service is horrible.. The employees never smile... I will drive to the eden Subway from now on..This subway sucks

Poor service that’s to long, there we fly in there chilling on the meats, poor attitudes from sandwich makers and my sandwiches had more bread than meat just pathetic

I went to subway early in the morning , and I checked the time before going , I waited about 30 minutes after 9 which is the Time they are suppose to be open , and the worker seen we at the door and didn’t say anything or even come to the door and say they are behind or anything I will be calling corporate !

Asked for a cold cut sub, all we got was bologna. But charged for a cold cut. We even told the girl what type of meats went on the cold cut. The girls behind the counter was like a bother to be working. Worst meal ever. Will not be coming back.

Okay....so....I am hoping that my local Subway was having a rough day.... I have one small negative thing about each category. Food: I ordered the protein bowl (which is my fave), but the employee didn't melt the shredded cheese on top of the chicken. Service: one employee was making the meat, one was putting on toppings and one was at the register. I just thought that the one at the register should have helped the one with toppings. We stood in line for almost 30 minutes! Atmosphere: THE ONIONS!!!! Employees recently chopped onions and fumes filled the entire restaurant, causing almost all customers eyes to burn and water ....it was awful!!!!

Says online they close at 9 I come in at 8:15 and all the people working yell were closed rudely no explanation just rudely shouting at me that they closed when they’re supposed to be open for another 40 minutes don’t go here these people are trash

Ordered meatball special on line only to find out after driving there they had no meatballs. In the 5 min I was there trying to get a refund 2 others came in for the special to also be disappointed.
