I will LITERALLY drive out of my way to go to this Taco Bell because it is the best one in Rockingham County and Guilford County. The staff are so thoughtful, efficient, clean, and courteous. Double their salaries.

I ordered a burrito to eat in the car as I was going from one job to the next. I pulled over and had to eat it with a spoon because the shell was ripped everywhere. I think they have have tossed it or double wrapped it in that case. I know this is not a 5-star restaurant, but do better, taco bell.

I've ordered from here over the course of the year and it has rarely been good (order correct and food being good). I love asking for extra sauce on a food item to receive no sauce, has happened multiple times. The food is just consistently bad, which is disappointing.

I regularly have issues with getting the correct items, the entirety of my order, and sometimes the quality of the food/drinks is awful. To make it worse, it usually takes a while to get the order.

Everytime we go here, something is missing from the order. Whether it's a large order or a simple order...SOMETHING IS ALEAYS MISSING. Very annoying. Obviously, the workers don't care, no matter what shift is working. Starting to think they do it on purpose so the workers can eat our food that was missing from the order
