I had the shrimp and grits minus the sausage and it was very good. Not sure 4 shrimp was worth $32 but understand. My husband had the smoked entree of the evening which was baby back ribs. The ribs were black on the outside and the baked beans were so spicy he could not enjoy them. It is s lovely restaurant and local to us so we will try again.

Really enjoyed our 2nd experience at Celtic with friends. However the A/C was not working properly and unlike last time made our visit less enjoyable. Definitely will be back but will ensure A/C is working correctly next time before arriving for dinner.

Celtic Fringe is hands-down the best restaurant in RoCo—and honestly, the only restaurant in the county that gives a more elevated, upscale vibe and truly delivers on quality, flavor, and service. The food is consistently phenomenal! Whether you're stopping in for a steak, seafood, or one of their seasonal specials, everything is delicious and beautifully plated. They also have the best server, Kim... she's truly what makes a Celtic Fringe visit amazing! She's the kind of server who makes you feel right at home—super nice, attentive, and always on point. If you're anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and make a reservation!

If you haven't dined here, shame on you. This is one of those small, mom ‘n' pop restaurants that thrives on impeccable service, love of food, and community. Celtic Fringe exists and serves despite the beckoning call from the over-rated, highly advertised restaurant chains that are simply numbers driven. After several visits over the past couple of years, it has become increasingly apparent that these wonderful folks are obsessed with QUALITY - from service to kitchen to bar, they are all about taking care of their patrons, regardless of first-timers or local regulars. We're grateful for places like this, as it makes dining out an incredible experience, not just another meal. Thank you, Celtic Fringe.

Celtic Fringe was VERY good! Met a colleague whom is from out of town and they also thought everything was wonderful! The staff and owners were very attentive and made the evening go very well! I would not hesitate to host a company dinner here or bring clients here in the future!
