The wait in the drive thru line is terrible. There was a time I came here and the lady handed me my food and turned around. Started talking to everyone and I sat there and waited until someone noticed that I hadn’t pulled off and then asked me if I needed anything. I told them my drink and then they handed it to me. It’s ridiculous and they really need to charge management and get better staff

Ok Wendy’s has let me down for the last time. Ok so it’s bad enough that when I received my order it was made wrong but I had to keep it was delivery. But any way my burger was not cooked all the way. So now I’m stuck with a burger made wrong and uncooked. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Caleb is MANAGMENT MATERIAL. DO NOT SLEEP ON HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Super friendly, ABOVE & BEYOND attitude. Reassuring and its shows on the interaction with his employees as well. He was a breath of fresh air in a world full of crap customer service! I will be back only when he is on shift!!!! (Best service since ZMartin!).

Wendy’s used to be good and really has a lot potential. This Wendy’s needs some serious management and training help. With some modifications, I feel like it be much better. The last few times I have gone, my order was wrong. Today, I ordered a double stack and got a junior bacon cheeseburger. My coke was missing the coke flavor. I rarely get napkins or ketchup through the drive-thru. This is all after I have waited what seems like forever in line. This is probably my last trip for a while especially to this location.

The whole experience was horrible the workers move so slow food wasn’t hot everything was cold food cold building cold they gave me food poisoning cuz burger wasn’t done and drinks machine was not filter properly I had 3 different cups of drink everything went wrong last night they need to be shut down for good or get better workers who really want a job never again will I eat here

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 10 pc spicy chicken nugget meal with a lemonade. I was given a regular chicken sandwich doused in mayo with a cold large fry and what only can be described as water splashed with red dye 40. I rarely complain and understand people have lives apart from work but the woman who took my order was on her phone the whole time and when i told the old lady with brown hair that i had ordered a strawberry she assured me that the random red liquid was it, there’s not even a hint of lemonade at all. I understand if they were out of the items i asked for, but you tell the customer, not give whatever you feel like. Plus never got a receipt cause the woman was probably distracted because she was on the phone. This was an extremely annoying experience.

Came to the drive-thru about 8:30 p.m. . Don't know why I sat at the window for almost 8 minutes waiting on my food, for it to almost be as cold as my drink. Definitely no one is in a rush at this restaurant. 0/10. Does not recommend.!

Definitely one of my favorite spots in Reidsville. You might have a wait because this place is usually packed but worth it for sure. Love the frostys and I wish they would bring back the taki fries. They are my favorite 😍

Very expensive.
Got the order wrong.
Even missing one straw.
Think fast food is a poor career move for the bunch on freeway drive.
Wouldn't answer phone when calling.
Just poor or lacking attention to details.
On a positive note nothing comes to mind.
