I visited the drive thru on Saturday night around 8:30 pm. I ordered a meal and the Oreo frosty. The young man that took my order was very polite. He was super apologetic that they didn’t have the brownie stuff for the frosty but I didn’t want it, just Oreos, so it worked out fine! When I pulled around to pay for my order, the young man that took my money was very polite and you could tell he was happy to be at work. Then when I went to the second window, the young man that gave me my food was also very polite and respectful. My food came out quick and hot! I could see all the employees working hard in the back from the window. I have not had good experiences at fast food restaurants lately but my experience at the Reidsville Wendy’s was exceptional! The service was A+++ and the food was delicious. I hope those young men working the windows and the employees on the grill and getting orders ready that night get some praise because they deserve it!

Ordered meal via app and given receipt at first window. At second window, told our 3 frosties were unavailable, would we like to switch them out or refund. Asked for refund. Got food, missing fries. Walked inside to get fries and check for reprint of receipt, minus the frosties. Told sorry, you pulled away before we could refund. At the second window for at least 3 mins. That was first thing they asked. Not doing good today...

This was not a great experience. I did not wait too long, and everything was cold. Fries were wilty and cold. Burger was cold. Nuggets were cold. It was a busy 3pm so everything should've been hot. The service wasn't great either. The lady running the register barely made any eye contact or made any attempt to vocalize.

The workers are generally nice but creep me out, they are always staring at me when I come in Not to mention the long wait times
Their burgers don't taste great :( and if you order a chicken sandwich or anything that requires lettuce you might aswell be a darn rabbit because the amount of lettuce is ridiculously small in portion.
The workers laugh and cut up constantly and make joke towards the customers. I don't really want to hear all that when eating .
Needs better management.

Once again not open. Stopped by at 6:45 am on 5-13-25 drove up as an employee was sweeping the parking lot. Drive thru menu was still on their lunch menu. Light one waiting 2 mins no one answered the speaker. Drove up to the windows. The windows was wide open lights on no sign of anyone working inside. Waited 2 mins and honked my horn couple of quick beeps. No one showed wait another 1-2 mins. Had to get to work and drove off. This is the 7th time I have been by this year and they are not open. 1st time posting something.
Food was not the best here. Decent wait time, really tough to get parking I think mostly due to location, sharing the lot with the other stores. Not good enough for me to go out of my way for.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a simple Baconator and a large fry. Everyone I talked with was courteous/friendly. The wait time was about average, nothing to complain about. And the food was good, better than other Wendy's in my area.

The drive thru at night is horrible! You can watch them all, including the manager laugh and joke, but can’t even get a thank you or have a nice night as the girl shoves your food out the window to you. She immediately shuts the window and turns her back so you can’t even get her attention if something is messed up. Love the food, but the hospitality is disgraceful!

It’s one of those situations where you wish you had a great burger in town with a delicious frosty but at this location the vibe is more or less baby daddy drama and they really couldn’t care less if your food was good or let alone safe to eat. Itll be best to head to Pete’s down the road. No need to spend your money where it is wasted.
