We've been here a few times and the service is always fine but this time we got to meet Cindy. She was on top of her game!!!! Very knowledgeable on their menu, great customer service. You can tell she promotes a great atmosphere for the other servers with how she handled them and they her which as a sever myself is the most you can ask for. At one point she was taking our order and then another customer came in and asked about menus, she resolved the situation and was quick to come back to task. Yall got a good one there!!!!!! Ofcourse we will be back because we love the food but hope to see Cindy again just for the elevated experience.

Great value for money serving entire menu all day. Want pancakes at 2pm? Not a problem. Having eaten here multiple times will say the food has always been good, service is likewise good, the only downside really is its location in a gas station so the seating can be a bit tight.
TLDR: great place for anything from susage gravy biscuits to fried catfish and anything in between.

Walked into a busy but such a welcoming atmosphere. Felt like we saw the whole town all at once. This is the definition of southern cooking and charm.

Great spot. We had tried a couple times to get in while working on The Falcon Trail near Pfeiffer University and Alfredo's stays busy. They almost need a vacancy sign because every table is spot on with items from the quick and delicious menu. Went with my Dad and Godfather, where we all just ordered the same thing... Crunchy, hot, perfect fries and the burger was the best $6.95 around...
*Added in photos of the Catfish and Jalapeno burger from our continued patronage - Still awesome!*
I feel conflicted about leaving this review because more people are gonna know the not-so-secret service and quality of Alfredo's Grill. Now the line will be even longer... And still worth it!

You don't come here for the service or atmosphere... you come for the food. It's worth the drive from Albemarle. Best catfish filets around.

Everyone in the Party had different things. Very satisfied. Couldn't believe they could serve so many things and get it right. People waiting for a table all the time. One table open up it was filled up in Seconds. Been looking for a Sunday Breakfast after 11 am for months. They serve whatever you want anytime you want it. A little ways for me to Drive; but worth my drive. Very nice servers too.
