Every time lately I’m told to pull up there’s a 3 min wait I wait 10-15 min no apology or extra anything. Had to call into the store to see if they forgot me. It’s always the Bo berry biscuits they’re never ready but it doesn’t take more 5 min I’ve worked there. Girl brought them out with an attitude and no apology. Awful customer service!

Didn't have enough dark meat for an 8 piece box, gave me a dried out rubbery wing to complete it. Had to remind them it was supposed to be all dark meat at the window. The sweet tea was disgusting, I literally couldn't drink it.

I ordered drive thru this morning. My food was accurate and hot. I gave them 4 stars because it’s hard to say 5 stars in a drive through. Short wait with several cars. Very pleased with young man at window. Very courteous. I will return.

Dirty rice is a favorite. Love the fries as long as there is enough seasoning on them.
Cashier and manager let us order food that they didn’t even had ready, asked us to trade out food for something else, got a little refund back but nothing of what we ordered even after the fact. Didn’t give us what we asked for 2nd time around. Do not go….. not worth being charged for things you don’t even get.

We got 2 chicken meals and 2 sweet tea's. The french fries were over seasoned with salt but all else was good.
Place is gross they gave nasty old tenders that were inedible, my drink was out, and the fries were as hard as a rock, never coming back to your nasty establishment again, ended up throwing y’alls nasty food in the trash.

Ask for hot fresh bow round they said it would be five minutes. It didn’t take five minutes. There wasn’t fresh. Got two grilled chicken patties grilled chicken didn’t seem warm at all. Got a chicken supreme. Dinner fries felt, and tasted like they’ve been sitting for days. worst restaurant ever last time I loved their fish when they bring it back, but apparently they don’t like making it. I tried to get fresh fish sandwiches. That was the nastiest sandwich I’ve ever tried. I just went back after four months. I should’ve stayed gone longer. I won’t be back Small town. You need to take care of what you got
