Not enough of employees, service was very slow and emoloyess were kinda standoffish. Maybe if they had more employees the atmosphere would be a lot better.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair parking is exactly where it needs to be, directly in front of door with enough of width spacen to get in and out easily.

Ordered 3 piece tender combo and 2 piece leg and thigh combo. Ordered honey mustard as sauce for tenders. Was advised after getting beverages that they had to make tenders as they had none. Ok for the minor delay for our meal. When we received our meals in the to go bag and set down we found our biscuits had the texture and size of hockey pucks. I approached the cashier and ask if they had anything softer and was told these were the last of the biscuits and it was 22 minutes until there were more. Instead of eating in we gathered our food and came home to eat to find there wasn’t any honey mustard sauce in the bag. You are batting a 1000 on disappointment for our meal. We will never eat at the Richfield KFC again.

The store Manager is really rude and very disrespectful. They got the order wrong. When we went to pay she took our phone then gave the phone back and said “we can take your phones” when we got our food there were 5 fries and nothing in it to eat the slaw and potatoes with. I will no longer be back here ever again. If I do I may be fighting some people and if this does not get fixed I will call corporate on Katrina because she is not a manager she is a heartless person that done care about her “was loyal customers”

Simple order wanted 2pc leg combo, was specific with the cashier on wanting nothing but the 2 drumsticks. What I got was 2 burnt to a crisp wings. Instead of fixing the order the girl stood there and argued with me on whether or not the wings I didn't order were burnt or not. Finally told her that I wasn't going to argue with her please just fix my order I was in a hurry

Manager Katrina is extremely rude and unprofessional. She just cuts you off while you're trying to order and don't try to call if they get anything wrong because she's just gonna answer the phone with an attitude, insist the food is right, and hang up on you. She definitely shouldn't be a manager with that type of customer service skills. It would be better to go all the way to Albemarle KFC and Taco Bell than deal with that.

Short staffed which is not anyone who is working fault. However when approaching the intercom it was screamed to me there would be a 10 minute wait..im a patient person. No worries. 2 people on the intercom rude as hell cutting me off the whole time ordering. Ive never had issues here . People if you dont like your job find another one. It is not the customers fault you're short staffed. I understand your aggravation but with someone who DID have patience with you..youre rediculous .
