They need help. I went in for a box of coffee and was there for 30 minutes.

Just ordered a steak and egg McGriddle NO CHEESE, everywhere i ask for that it always has cheese. Only car there so Iām going to hope they can get it right being the only order. Felt it to be sure McGriddle and not a biscuit. Get home unwrap and amazing they didnāt put cheese! Then move the egg to see bacon ugh they were so closeā¦so i got 2 out of 3 Iām giving g them 2, the service was good, just need to work on comprehension

The only issue was that they made 1 of our hash browns fresh and the other was just warm. This is the best McDonald's in a 20 mile radius.
The word ācompetitiveā is spelled wrong on the drive thru speaker.
This has to be one of the slowest mcds I've ever seen .... Even when no other customers in the store is still takes at least 10 minutes to get your food....

Same thing every morning. She's old and rude, and every time I say sausage and cheese, or steak and cheese, she can't get that thru her mind that there's no egg. She's also very rude when I reach the first window to pay. bc I'm not getting a standard breakfast? I'm not shur but today I could hear them all cackling inside bc I'm difficult I guess. This is the second time I have gotten breakfast with this specific older black lady taking orders and her being rude as can be. Last time I ordered a smoothie and thatās it! But she said āoh my god!ā Over the speaker! I donāt care if she was specifically talking to me or not either way itās completely unacceptable when you work in customer service! She doesnāt let you finish your order before sheās done and yells āanything elsešā and you can 100% tell she doesnāt like what sheās doing. She wasnāt at the window when I came to pay so I assumed that they wanted me to roll to the second window to pay because sometimes they do that at the one in Rockwell, anyway she yelled ā hello!! Youāre supposed to pay hereā out the window when she came back. How was I supposed to know that when you were not there when I came by? She didnāt explain anything to me she just threw the card reader out the window, mind you Iām short and could barely reach it. She has no customer service and is unkind to everyone. I honestly want them to do something about this lady or Iām really not coming back there
