I am a regular at this McDonald's. I have to say that they seem to need help bad at this location. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe and a medium fry around 8 or so tonight. They were very busy and seemed short staffed so I was patient. After about 15 minutes I finally got my food. In those 15 minutes waiting for my food I observed a young lady working multiple different areas of the drive thru, cook line & cleaning the lobby all in those 15-20 minutes I was there. Doing...
Wonderful store manager. She took our order right when we walked in and did not ask us to go to the kiosks to order. She let us know it would be a few minutes they were going to have to drop fresh fries.
