Anytime I tuck and roll a newborn baby bird into my handkerchief, it makes me think of quesadillas.Vegetarian options: Taco bell is the only restaurant I allow myself. Bean burritos make me muy caliente.

This is an awful location I would not Recommend this Location Food is stale and When asking for a manager and advised there is no manager i would not return to this location!! Chips tasted like Chemicals…
I went to this Taco Bell and one of the employees was really rude to me and my mom. We ordered most of our food to have no sour cream but they put sour cream on it anyways. I feel bad for one lady who was trying to help out but the rude employee was making it difficult for her to understand what to do. The rude employee asked is we wanted no ice in two of our drinks (I said no ice in all of our drinks and I was totally okay repeating what I said on the intercom that I wanted no ice in my drinks) and when I told them I wanted no ice they sighed in an aggressive manner and didn’t say anything. They gave us our drinks with no ice but it took three people asking us what we needed in order to get them. I handed them the money they didn’t even look at me to give me my change. There was another nice lady who handled the situation well and got our order wrapped up. When this place used to be a KFC/Taco Bell, this was the same rude employee asked me “do you ever get tired of coming here?” in a rude way. I never leave bad reviews or reviews in general but this was the worst experience I’ve had here. I refuse to come back to the Taco Bell in Richfield, NC.

Horrible experience I grab a grilled steak burrito on break from work and get bk to work and I only have steak at the very top and very bottom of burrito. The middle was all rice sourcream and cheese. The grilled cheese part of the burrito was cold old cheese not melted!! I call bk and the woman literally tells me starve while at work if yu want it remade cause if yu eat it we can't remake it. Once I'm at work I can't leave. So I had to suffer another 6 hrs till I broke down an ate it and it was horrible!!
The service was great and the place was very clean. The food wasn't up to par. The nachos had an awful after taste. The Tacos were ok.

We saw the reviews, and they just sounded like every other Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. We went at 9pm, and food was fast, fresh, and CORRECT. First time I’ve been to a Taco Bell and they didn’t forget anything. Service was great all around.

They redo the building but the service and food were still horrible. I got a Mexican pizza that had not even a teaspoon of sauce on top and barely anything on the inside. We will not waste our money again.
