Went thru the drive-thru and attempted to order but got no response. Thinking that their speaker system might be broken, I drove around to the window to let them know. The staff were all standing around talking and were looking at me sitting at the window and were IGNORING me. I couldn't believe it. I will never return to this location. LAZY STAFF.

Well I've noticed the health inspection is down to 90, went in the location today to check it out. Well fly's everywhere and employees are walking around one personal cell phones, and actually saw one employee pick a fry out of the bin and eat it right in front of me while working. Will not be back at this location. I see why Nobody was inside, quite nasty.

This Wendy’s location is almost constantly getting orders wrong it they are always out of quiet a few things. Wasn’t always like this. 😐

Ate at this Wendy’s two days in a row. Wrong food given yesterday. Today, missing one drink and one hamburger not fixed to order. I would NOT recommend this Wendy’s to anyone! Our family is done!

Decent food. Took 20 minutes in the drive through to get though. Wendy's seems to be notorious for long wait times these days.

Hamburger was old. Fries were cold. Nobody seemed to want to be there or answer questions.

The customer service wasn't horrible but the food was horrible it was cold and had clearly been sitting for some time I spent $65.00 on food and the best thing was the salad. I paid for extra cheese on both fries and a baked potato neither of them came with extra cheese. I paid extra for nugget sauces and got 3 when I ordered 4 4 piece nuggets and a 6 piece nugget and when I asked for more they wanted to charge me for more. The fries were ice cold and the nuggets were so hard my dog had trouble chewing them. But lately this seems to be a Wendy's trend. At least this one had decent customer service compared to the others in the area. But sadly I think I'm boycotting Wendy's because the ones in my area have been a constant let down.

Joneisha took our order, and she took it right because the receipt was correct. But was it made right, nope. This young lady was working front register by herself and doing great at it. She deserves positive recognition. Almost all the tables were dirty the drink/ice machine was a bit nasty and the soap dispenser in women's restroom was broken, but do I fault her for it, absolutely not.

Placed an online order ahead of time get to the location and had to wait for chicken to be cooked. Completely defeating the point of preordering to save time. Then the cashier was extremely rude, when I try to order a frosty and she gave snide remark.
